McDonald's — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This place always has some negative issues everytime I order from here. Last time they didn't want to make my order because they did not serve on people on bicycle through the drive thru or online orders on a bicycle late at night but my order was already paid for. So I got no food and no refund that night. Now this time I placed an online order for pick up right before 10:30am but they took 30min for me to get my order because they were busy with mostly drive thru orders but because it was past 10:30am the employee told me that I was not charged for some of my order because they no longer serve breakfast and she ended up charging me and I go to my bank account and it shows I was charged for the order I place plus the charge that she charged me in the store. Very frustrating when restrictions from curtain fastfood restaurants enforce (to me it's discrimination against cyclist) I guess I'm just going to stop going there and stick to their competitors who don't mind cyclists going through the drive thru. Very disappointed with McDonald's. Stop discriminating against cyclist I've never heard or seen any cyclist that have had any safety issues going through the drive thru. They should sympathize to us less fortunate who can't afford a car and rely on their only means of transportation. Especially in the evening hours when the lobby is no longer open. Very bad customer service...

Making a order there aways come out wrong ! Asking for a meal, you her ring it up single item. And you wanted to add more to your order in the drive-through they want you to go back to drive through ! Not good Custmer services! Poor service!

August 10,2020 We went to drive thu. We had one person came up to car knock on the window to ask for Money, and there one sitting there asking for money. As we order the same person came up to us asking for money!! And in the corner of the parking lot they're playing dice. Have you drive around the corner to pick up your food they are all double parked right next to the drive-through lane. It just stops the whole traffic right there. And then yeah people coming up to us as we ready to leave asking for money. And they have all these people keep hanging around by the garbage cans and staring at you wanting something from you! Place is out-of-control loitering and begging. I don't think I'll ever go back to the McDonald ever again. The poor lady taking the order, she was scared!! This place is bad news! Your...

McDonald's just isn't the same as it was in the '60's. The food doesn't taste the same as it did then. The burgers that they've sold millions upon millions, today are a facsimile of the good little burgers that spanned the globe. The food is overpriced and of poor quality.

This McDonald's location is very busy. Expect to wait weather you are driving thru or walking in.

If I order directly through Uber, they come from a location several miles away. I've never had a complaint about the food delivered from there. But you don't get the McDonald's points if you don't go through the app.

7/20 I ordered McDelivery from this location around the corner from where I live through the app. I thought it would be faster and more convenient?

They just slopped my order together. If I was dining in, I would have returned it. It was terrible .And they're paying these entitled incompetent fools $20 per hour? 😮

Everything we ordered was awful! Aside for a few bites, we couldn't eat it. I won't make that mistake again!...
