Well, to start, the service was very slow. How long could it take to fix a sausage biscuit with egg, no cheese,hash browns,coffee? A customer ordered something that was missing the egg, took them 10 min to fix the order. Then she goes back up to the counter because something else was wrong. Another customer comes up to try to help her explain, and she gets upset and tells him to mind his own business. Well while she keeps going on about "Don't Talk To Me", another guy steps up and is wondering why she is talking to this guy that way. He says he's trying to help. This other guy goes off on the man trying to help, and he says let her stand up for herself. Well, I'm still waiting for my breakfast, and shaking my head about this entire situation. I was ready to go after that. Next time I will go to another place to get breakfast ,like Burger King. Everyone was so focused on that situation that the workers couldn't focus on their jobs. Read morePeople go to McDonald's for consistency and convenience. This location is consistently the worst I've experienced for customer service. Even as a regular (it's close) I can't find any other redeeming feature. Problems with orders are a joke to them. I firmly believe they do this intentionly in the drive through just to torment people. In this case, despite bringing in the manager 2 weeks ago for the same problem I was forced to trash my meal because they failed not only to listen, but to ignore NO CHEESE repeatedly. They have even taken to ghost charging for it. Even after summoning the manager I was billed for cheese burgers..minus cheese, just so they could up charge.
