My recent visit to the McDonald's on Sepulveda provided a mix of pleasant and disappointing moments. The two young ladies at the front were exceptionally friendly and attentive, which greatly contributed to a positive start. They tried to ensure my order, which included a new bacon McChicken Ranch sandwich, was prepared accurately, even though there seemed to be some confusion about its composition. Their personable demeanor and willingness to rectify any potential issues were commendable. Unfortunately, they got stuck while trying to fix something and had to call in the manager.

However, my interaction with the manager was less satisfactory. Not only did they fail to acknowledge me, but they also didn't seem to address my concerns in a meaningful way. The management is immature, unknowledgeable, and poor customer service skills. I ordered food on the app for over $37 and paid via app, the app charged me three times. When I got to the window I attempted to explain to the cashier and she went to get the ignorant acting manager on duty. I showed the manager my three emailed receipts. She attempted to process my card a fourth time which flagged my bank institution of fraudulent activity. She proceeded to tell me my card was declined when I had already showed her that my card was already charged. So the lady tells me to call the app. I attempted to ask her for something saying I didn't receive any food for the transaction, she closed the window and walked off. So the first young lady came back and I asked her do I need to pull around for her to help me , the young lady said yes. So I did and sit there for 30 mins and nothing. So I see the manager on the phone but not trying to assist me, so I went to knock at the door and she didn't respond like I wasn't there. I drove back around to the window and the police was there ....lol... So I showed him and he ended having give me what I asked for in the first place, the statement that nothing was received for the purchase. She wasted 1 and a hour of my time and called the police. She obviously cant make manager decisions and has no customer service skills at all. I would say this McDonald's is the worst I have...

Not too good of an experience at this location. Certain healthier choices are not even listed on the menu. Asp, they offer a special that included chicken mc griddles 2 for $3.50 yet for some odd reason I'm not allowed to substitute the unhealthy pancake mc griddle bread for plain biscuits. The cashier was nice and she asked the manager and the manager was unattentive and told her to charge me $2.89 for a chicken biscuit which isn't even on the menu. Looking at the menu 2 chicken mc griddles at the price of $4.19 should cost about $8. It makes zero sense why I couldn't substitute the bread as a healthier option. Is this restaurant deliberately feeding people unhealthy food? I hope McDonald's corporate takes a look at this menu and how it's range because it makes no sense why I couldn't substitute with something that cost less. Also, I'd like to add that the floor was dirty and the trash bands are not clean. The restaurant is not clean in general and the beverage stations are closed so very little maintenance is being done to maintain the dining area. Also a large section of the seating has been chained off. This McDonald's doesn't reflect McDonald's core values. I would avoid coming to this franchise in the future. All I ended up ordering was a coffee and they couldn't enver get that right and I'm sure it was...
