McDonald's — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This place looks nice on the outside . The service wasn't nothing special . I just didn't get exactly , what I ordered . Which is a no no . Because , I specifically told you , what I wanted . If workers have doubts , then ask questions . This is basic customer service 101 : 1. Greet the customer . 2. Ask the customer , what would they like to order or how may , I help you . 3. Listen for the customer's response . 4 . If your not clear , on what kind of something , the customer is ordering , then you ask questions of whatever the customer is ordering . 5. When the customer is finished ordering , then you repeat the customer's order back to the customer . 6. If the order is correct , then proceed with their total . If not then , correct their order . And then proceed with their total . It's not calculus ,workers . It should be a degree for customer service or employers need to have training program on how to give good or great servive once employees or hired . Don't assume employees or potential employees can implement good or great service constantly . Getting a customer 's order correct is basic customer service . Also that can be the difference between having a residual customer or a one timer . Employees have to take pride in doing a good or great . And employers have to hold them accountable . Employees have to listen to the words . And truly listen , with their actions . And slowdown . You more mistakes when you move to fast . Master quality and then add quantity . It's not how many orders you take and money you recieve from those orders . Its how many accurate orders are you actually putting in the customers hands . The customers pay your salary . People come to Macdonald's not because it's healthy or they just really want Macdonald''s so bad . It's because of convenience more than anything else . Step up your service Macdonald's . I WENT TO MCDONALDS NEAR MY MOMS THIS MORNING AND IT WAS SO SAD AND GROSS I COULDN'T EVEN EAT THEY HAD A DEAD DOG IN THERE BUSHES FOR 2 DAYS IT JUST SHOWS HOW MUCH THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT A ANIMAL LAYING LIFELESS ON THERE PROPERTY AND SHOW THAT COULD NOT CARE LESS ABOUT THE COMPANY AND MOST OF ALL THE CUSTOMERS REAL NASTY AND DIRTY SORRY BUT ITS THE TRUTH IVE BEEN TRYING TO FIND A NUMBER FOR COOPERATE OFFICES AND CANT EVEN COMPLAIN .......SO SAD ALL THE HIRE IS PEOPLE FROM MEXICO THAT CANT EVEN TAKE YOUR ORDER RIGHT AND WHATS EVEN WORSE THEY BECOME MANAGERS IT MAKES ME UPSET MY SONS ARE MEXICAN AND WHITE BUT UNDERSTAND SPANISH BUT CANT SPEAK IT AND CANT GET HIRED THERE BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE BUT EVERY ONE IN MEXICO HAS A JOB AT ALL MC DONALD'S AND SUPER MARKETS IN THIS AREA IT IS NOT FAIR TO OTHER PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK BUT LACK OF EXPERIENCE AND NOT BEING ABLE TO SPEAK SPANISH PEOPLE ARE NOT HIRED ....THESE FAST FOOD PLACES NEED DIVERSITY AND ALLOW EVERY RACE TO WORK TOGETHER NOT JUST PEOPLE FROM MEXICO I MEAN THEY MESS YOUR ORDERS UP ALL THE TIME I SPEAK SPANISH 2 BUT JUST BECAUSE I DO DOSE NOT MEAN I SHOULD SPEAK IT IN THE UNITED STATES I DONT LIVE IN MEXICO SO WHY SHOULD I ORDER IN SPANISH .....SORRY IM JUST STATING THE TRUTH AND HOPE OTHERS FEEL...

Usually always a line outside in the drive thru and inside as well. Usually always only one cashier which doesn't make sense. They need to hire ppl with more customer service! Orders take a little too long. Sometimes orders can be sitting on the counter and they won't say nothing. When you ask for something they can hear you and not respond until ppl start being rude and getting loud. They ruin people's mood in there. Looks like they don't even want to be in there. They hired a security guard! He does his job!👍🏻 The kids play area needs to be sanitized ASAP!!! They need to check their nuggets!! Sometimes there's white spots in the nuggets. I'm not sure what that's about but it doesn't look okay to serve. Please include napkinds and the utensils that are needed in the order that is bought! This mcdonalds needs to be more CARING AND EFFICIENT! Everything would be more better this way! Oh yeah and the frappe machine or smoothie machines don't work at night???
