Not the worst experience, but their food sure doesn't come out like the pictures. My McChicken had half a pickle on it when I asked for extra. The lettuce was wilted and they seemed to have forgotten the Mayo. My wife ordered the mushroom Swiss burger. It's called a Signiature Crafted Burger. Who's Signiature is on that mess? Check out my pictures. In the fake picture they advertise, there's mushrooms, cheese, and sauce spilling over the sides. It actually came in a huge box but only took up about a third of the box. The meat and cheese were hanging out only because it was sloppily made and the meat and paper thin cheese was thrown to the side. It had one whole mushroom slice and a few specs of mushroom mixed in with some burnt onion rings chips. The sauce was barely visible as they smeared about half a teaspoon of it on the center of the bun. Their menu board is situated so you have to watch commercials while you're trying to figure out what to order. The menu changes before your eyes while you're figuring things out. Then you have to wait for the item you were considering to reappear. To top it off they play played out 80s musac. Pretty Young Thing by Micheal Jackson was playing in the children's play area. A little inappropriate,...
Read moreTonight must been training night on 03/29/24. And that's OK. Because ordering a fish fillet without anything on it sometimes is a challenge w how to punch it into the computer, I get that.... But what's not tolerable is the bottom half of the Big Mac bun i ordered was absolutely hard as a rock. I mean, like "brick hard". Now, how does that actually happen at a place like McDonald's on York Blvd?
Where exactly was this bun that it could become hard as a rock ....during peak hours? I'm figuring it's been at least a day sitting out, maybe longer.
This is not the first time I've had bad food issues with this restaurant. So when I go to get my money back, do I get some credit to make up for the gas it costs to go back over to get my money back?
Please, whoever owns this place annotate the people running the show, or in this case, not running the show. They need to make note of it. Or is it the owner?
The least the manager could do would say, hi I'm sorry we're out of buns except for this one that's been sitting out for a day and a half. It's hard as a rock... would you like it? Or maybe it was overheated. Either way, a brick is not a nice...
Read moreThe reason for the one star is the attitude given by the manager. I placed an order at the drive thru speaker and gave a code for a reward I was using. When I got to the window I paid and waited for my order. A few moments later the manager shows up to the window and says that I should've said what the code was for (but in a demeaning way as if I was a child). Little did I know that I also had to say what the code was for, as I thought the code would say what I was using it for. This was an honest mistake made but his tone and demeanor was not appropriate. He could've just said please make sure you tell the attendant what the code is for since the computer/ machine does not clarify this. I would've understood and moved on. But there is no reason to treat and talk to people this way. Hopefully if you're reading this, just know that you need to confirm what you're redeeming with...
