A couple of weeks ago, I went through the drive-thru ordered a breakfast sandwich. Mind you the girl in the drive-thru was very rude. I went back again a couple of days later and at the drive thru it was the same girl. Never acknowledged me at the drive-thru, just like the last time she opened the window and told me the amount and shut the window. I went to the 2nd window and asked for a manager and the worker at the 2nd window called the manager and she is telling her that I wanted to speak to her, the manager made a comment OMG. I then asked the manager is the girl at the first window ok, because when I come she acts like she's mad or with an attitude, and the manager responded I don't know. After leaving I came to my office and they gave me something I didn't order, so I didn't go back I just took it as a loss. So I decided to go back to the same McDonald's and not use the drive-thru, I used my mobile app and went inside and picked up my order. Once again I get back to my office and they gave me a egg McMuffin. which I ordered a sausage McMuffin. I go back into the store and let them know. I spoke to a manager named Marie, which was very rude, she tried to tell me I didn't order that. I'm trying to show her on my app that I did. She says I don't have time for that and walks away. They gave me another sandwich opened it while I was there and on the sandwich she gives me double me on the McMuffin, I show her and she grabs a napkin picks up the bread put it back on the sandwich, gives it to the person to take off the Canadian bacon and put on sausage. I threw it in the trash asked to speak to her manager they gave me a phone number to contact, been leaving messages and still no response. The service on 5908 Manchester Ave in Los...

Dear McDonald’s Management,
I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding a recent experience at your location. During my visit, the employee who handed me my coffee did so by gripping the cup by the lid—immediately after handling money. This is a clear violation of basic food safety standards, and I was alarmed by the lack of hygiene, especially given how easily contamination can occur in this way.
I politely asked if the staff had undergone ServSafe (CERF) certification, as proper food handling protocol specifically advises against touching the lid or food contact surfaces after handling cash. I then brought up my concern to the manager on duty. Unfortunately, instead of addressing my concern respectfully, the manager dismissed me, saying I was “exaggerating,” and proceeded to make unprofessional facial expressions that were mocking and inappropriate.
I attempted to have a calm conversation about the importance of food safety and whether employees were trained, but I was ignored, made fun of, and treated disrespectfully by staff.
This experience left me feeling disrespected, unheard, and concerned about the safety standards at your restaurant. I expect McDonald’s, as a global brand, to uphold the highest standards in both hygiene and customer service.
I ask that this issue be investigated and addressed, that the staff—including management—be reminded of proper food handling protocols, and that customer concerns be treated with...
Read moreMy partner placed a late night order for our family. He got four of the $6 meals “three plain for the kids”, plus an extra cheeseburger and two large sodas. The total was $33.86. When he got home and we opened the bag, two of the plain burgers for the kids were missing. We called the store right away, but no one helped. The phone was picked up and then hung up on us or they acted like they couldn’t hear. When we went back in person, they refused to fix the mistake without a receipt, even though my partner had clearly explained what happened. He had rushed out and unfortunately misplaced the receipt, but it was an honest and obvious error. After nearly an hour of being ignored and dismissed, they finally gave us the missing burgers but they were sloppily thrown together and poorly wrapped. They didn’t feel sanitary or safe, and we honestly weren’t comfortable giving them to our kids. This wasn’t just about a missing item. It was about the complete lack of care, compassion, and basic respect especially when it comes to food meant for children. Mistakes happen, but how you respond and treat people...
