Original Troy's Burgers #10 — Restaurant in Los Angeles

So disappointed how this place has just gone downhill. Been coming here for over 20 years. Everyone commenting on the short cashier are right. Awful attitude, doesn't know how to take an easy order and just makes it complicated. You order something plain and she has to list out every ingredient and ask no on each one. The universal word plain in the food industry is known and never have any trouble other than here. Not only does she have an attitude she gets the order wrong so many times that the cooks have started listening to customers' orders just to make sure they make it correctly. I've tried the last few years since they have hired her to come back but everytime makes it difficult and honestly one of the main reasons why I stopped coming here. She is always on the PM shift. I don't know who's relative she is or who's peepee she's jumping but I know others that have stopped coming here because of this. It's unfortunate the establishment doesn't see it. At first I thought maybe it was me but observed this behavior with others that order as well and most of them probably won't leave a review. So you can imagine how often that I'd.

This just translates to the food and it just makes everything a disappointment. I've never had issue with pick up portion of my food. The cooks and ppl prepping are always nice and double check my stuff. But honestly I don't come here specifically to avoid...

This place for me was really take it or leave it, a 3 star, but I gave them one extra star because it reminds me of Tommy's meets Carl's jr.

If you're in the area, this place is definitely a great value for the quantity of food that you do get. Definitely get it to go, and either eat it in your car, or bring it back to your place.

Their western burger with bacon is delicious! Love the huge quantity of fries if you get those as well.

One thing I wish they would do though is make their chili a little more tangy. Needs a little vinegar in my honest opinion.

Parking: The intersection that it is on is kind of interesting, because it is literally shaped like a "V". But there's usually ample parking.

During the summer, like in August for instance, it's definitely hot and humid in there. I was sitting underneath one of the fans, and it was still "an experience" let's say. Lol.

Need to wee wee? The bathrooms are all tagged up, and hot and humid as well. At least they are clean though! That's good news.

I feel like they just need to open a window or something to let some fresh air in. Even if it is 90 plus degrees outside, oy! I'd rather have fresh air, that's full of oxygen, than the stagnant air that's in there mixed with the heat of...

I was really looking forward to trying the big Troy's breakfast burrito, but unfortunately, it fell flat for me. At first glance, the burrito looked like it had a lot of potential - it was packed with ingredients and looked like a hearty meal. However, when I took a bite, I was disappointed to find that it had almost no flavor at all. The scrambled eggs and cheese all seemed to blend together into a bland.

The only thing that salvaged the experience for me was the salsa that I added on top. The spicy kick and tangy flavor of the salsa helped to mask the lack of flavor in the burrito itself. Without it, I'm not sure I would have been able to finish the meal.

Overall, I was disappointed in the big Troy's breakfast burrito. With a little more attention to flavor and seasoning, it could be a great option for breakfast lovers. As it stands, I wouldn't recommend...
