I never bought BBQ from this restaurant, so I can't say anything about the quality of their meets or cooking style but I bought 2 black containers of Khash which was taken out of the freezer and it was impossible to see the actual content of it, which is normal for the way this dish is sold. I was reassured by the sales person that it's incredibly clean and each portion comes with a lot substance like zing (which is what I wanted) and is very concentrated and sticky (which is also desirable for this dish) to the point that it should be diluted with water. Well, none of that turned out to be true. The 1st container we opened, as soon as it started melting in the pot, I noticed a relatively long black hair, and a little later, another one....so i got disgusted and threw it away and didn't even feel like eating khash anymore because my appetite was completely ruined even though I did all the prep work to enjoy this meal. A few days later my mom opened the 2nd container without my knowledge and was surprised that there was hardly any liquid there due to big bulky bones that were frozen together. When they melted the liquid was very watery like chicken broth and didn't even look like the khash I'm accustomed to. At that point I decided to call and speak with someone about this. Seroj answered and after hearing the story transferred my call to Zara and she gave me a number to text the pictures to the owner which I did. My phone gave me the indication that my texts were received and viewed but it's been 3 days no one addressed this issue or even called to acknowledge the effort and time I took to follow their instructions. Zara promised to call me after I send the pictures but no word from her either. $65 went down the drain even though this is not about the money for me but the way this was handled after I reached out to them to avoid writing this review. Very disappointing, especially when I'm always trying to support newly opened establishments instead of writing negative reviews about them. Pictures are disgusting to post, as I don't want to ruin anyone's appetite in hopes that other customers might have better luck with their food than I did....

Read moreThe second time I’m buying kebab and barbecue from this establishment. Both times I ordered chicken kebab and pork ribs. And both times the kebab was good, but the pork ribs were spoiled. The stench filled the entire house when I opened the box with the barbecue. The first time I thought it was an accident, but the second time—it’s a pattern. I’m not exaggerating; I know what spoiled meat is and how rotten bones smell because I worked in this field for 6 years. The place seems nice, and I don’t want to say anything bad, but serving customers spoiled food is unprofessional. Guys, please monitor the quality of the meat and change...
