Panda Express — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I got an order of 2 chow mein and 2 broccoli and beef from uber eats. The food came in and I was extremely disappointed to see just broccoli and an excuse of one piece of beef, especially when I was extremely hungry. I called in to speak with the manager since I order regularly from them, and she told me she can’t do anything unless I drive all the way to the store then maybe she can credit me something. I paid double the price just to have it delivered, why would i spend even more money for a mistake she made? All I wanted was a discount on my second order or credit for the entire meal so I can order it again, hopefully with meat this time …

The manager then told me to hold on put the phone on the side and attended to a customer, completely ignoring my situation then never picked up the phone. I called back to see what happened and nobody answered me.

You know they seem to be disorganized at times especially when they're busy. I ended up walking in and started going through their drive-thru which is a nice convenience but it's often busy. But anyway I pre-ordered and it said pick up at a certain time and when I got there the order wasn't even prepared. So I said that was not a good sign. They also seem to confuse what was in my order but when I saw them making it I corrected them. But very busy at the time and the food seems good enough to me. I have had their teriyaki chicken I think they call it where it's a piece of a chicken breast and it had a lot of fat on it so I don't get that from there but I've had their orange chicken I like their string bean chicken they're vegetables are always delicious etc. So it's a good Panda but just check your order before you...

I saw the word PREMIUM on one of the items. I decided to look around and put the place to the test. 1. Employee greeted me and walked away. 2. Employee was asking questions and not paying attention I had to repeat myself several times. 3. I had to ask for drinks the worker did not offer. 4. The worker shorted me a dollar on the change then she got mad when I checked her. 5. The soda machine was jacked up and coke was being shot out got my shirt dirty. 6 the same worker who helped me came over to our table and started sweeping too close for comfort. 7.
