A 1/2 hour after my estimated delivery time I called and was told my pizza should be arriving in any minute. I received a phone call 15 minutes later And was told they were understaffed And closing in 10 minutes, and that I would not be receiving any food a food. I was then told my refund would only be for $31 when I was charged 47. However no refund was given. I would need to wait for a call from a manager that would be either later that night or in the morning. I waited but received no calls. I asked who I was speaking with but the young lady would not tell me her first name. So now I have to go drive to the location and talk to the manager. Instead of pizza at 11:30 I had 7/11 at 1 AM Thanks Pizza Hut
Well I went to the store and talked to a manager. I didn't go into the story at first simply said that I made an order last night didn't receive it and needed a refund. He asked what happened. When I told him I was very unhappy as I did not get a phone call from the manager as I have a promised and was not pleased to be coming by to visit them on this issue in person.. There was absolutely no apology whatsoever.. No attempt to make me feel important as a customer whatsoever. This issue is still not resolved. I have to wait a few days to see ifThe charge goes through. Although he took no action we're just hoping it works out.I have a feeling in a few days I'm going to have to go back again....

Pizza was ordered online and pay method was cash only. I waited 1 hour until I saw that the pizza was still being made, I called and talk to the employee, said my order was next to go. 45 minutes later (total 1 hour 45 minutes later) I call to ask what’s going on?!

Delivery driver arrives a couple minutes later with cold, uncooked pizza. I ask him why did it take so long and he said at the store was only him and the shift manager Stacey. I then called Stacey back and I informed her that I knew her name and that she was being very unprofessional. I informed her that I will be getting into contact with corporate and the regional manager, she said okay and hung up. Out of multiple great times of perfect service, this was the worst one. The pizza was not made right, the wings did not enough sauce to even cover them and they said the dipping sauce (which you have to pay for) was in the pizza box which it was not. When I showed two people the pizza was not correct they offered to remake it if I waited ten more minutes. Not the other pizza or wings. I have other things to do and people waiting to eat so I wasn't about to let their food get cold waiting for Pizza Hut to fix it's mistake.
