Ok so when I was about 11 years old I started going here to take classes for cake decorating classes working with Shelly, and Mary I can honestly say I can not say enough good things about the staff, the variety of supplies they have in stock (nowhere else has the stuff they have here), Denise is awesome she goes the extra mile for any customer whom has any kind of special order or product needs, the cake decorating classes I got there helped me continue to build a career for cake decorating at 31 years old today I can say those classes shaped my culinary career there is no other place like this store the staff are one of a kind, and the supplies you find here you won’t find anywhere else highly recommend this place to anyone who has any decorating or baking needs this...

I’ve visited Kake Kreations multiple times hoping the service would improve, but it’s only gotten worse. Chelsea, the owner’s daughter, is consistently on her personal phone, ignoring customers and even other employees. It’s incredibly unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for those trying to support the business.

What’s most disturbing is that I heard her make a racist comment, referring to herself as “the only white woman” there. That kind of language is absolutely unacceptable and offensive in any setting — especially in a business serving a diverse community.

I was desperately trying to find a very certain Christmas Tree candy mold. The place I used to buy from locally no longer carried this christmas mold. I found Kake Kreations through a web search. Turns out they are the actual makers of the mold I was looking for. I sent in an inquiry to their website and the owner actually called me in Michigan to say he had the molds I was looking for. I needed them quickly for our Christmas Boutique. He got me the best shipping cost for 2nd day delivery and sent them off that very same day! Great service & follow through.
