Pizza Loca — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This pizza place has a call center based in tijuana that routes the orders to them. This is what the delivery woman stated when she dropped off the pizza. I ordered a vegetarian pizza with jalapeños onion,mushrooms,green peppers and olives. With half pepperoni. The ordered arrived with no japapeños. I called them and after getting pushed around to different people finally I had had enough. I said I want the pizza I ordered or my money back. They made the pizza but this time when they brought the pizza they haf put all the vegetable ingrediants on one side and half pepperoni. Completely horrible. They keep pushing the fault on the customer and dont own up to it. I also ordered the 12 piece chicken hot wings which taste awful and are not even dipped in hot sauce looks like they are only marinated. They dont taste fried or oven baked they taste boiled. The older woman that works in the front is very rude when interacting with customers on the phone, along with those who choose to order in-store in person. Not only is her attitude a deterrent from ordering at this location, But she didn’t have knowledge of how to split the payments on her registered pos system. The temerity of her I tell you ! because She can barely speak English, there is no need to have her working on the floor if she can’t speak the native language. All type of nationalities order and walk through those doors ,And all should be treated same. Don’t be nice to your peers that are Hispanic, And have a disgusting attitude with others. Cause that’s not right nor appreciated in any shape or form. And speaking about disgusting, I have to admit she looks gross from a customer perspective. Not to mention but cooking the food and to have a visible layer of yeast on her neck with no gloves on tough things in the back that would require gloves. Will definitely escalate...

I give one star because the pizza is not terrible. The problem is that it has no toppings! I got what I was charged for but not what I ordered. Staff was not rude or anything but they just didn't take my order right. I ordered a gigante with all pepperoni, half jalapeno and half olives. I'm missing the olives but didn't get charged for it so I guess I'll let that slide. Unfortunately, although I was accurately charged for the half jalapeño (they charge $5 and some change for each additional topping btw), I can literally count 17 jalapenos!
