Pretzels are delicious and the service is really friendly. The server was disarmingly friendly, not like the fake polite way common in LA, but i felt like i was ordering a burger from my friend's dad at a backyard BBQ 😂 and you can tell he has a passion for these pretzels, and it's more obvious when you take a look at their website.
I guess you should ideally wait for the fresh pretzel to cool off before eating-- that way it has a more satisfying chewiness. So this place is ideal for takeaway orders, it'll be perfect by the time you get back home to eat it. I ate mine hot and it was still delicious, just more fluffy than a pretzel usually is.

The pretzels are Philly style soft-pretzels. They have a chewy yet soft texture. The owner is very passionate about his craft. We bought a couple of freshly baked ones and a few frozen ones to take home. The pretzels were delicious when they are warm, room-temp, or cold!
One can also pre-order different styles of pretzels from Giant to German Swabian, even all sorts of bagels. We highly recommend to check...
