Pronto's Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I used to like this place, but recently, the service is nothing like before. Their faces of the waitresses, are like if they been punishing for working there... if you asked for something, is like if you were begging for a favor. I was stand on front of the register for like a little bit more than a minute, and it was no one but me and them.. nobody said "just give me a minute " or "we're coming to take your order " ... one waitress stopped close to the register to grab something, I said " can I have....!" And she just walked away, the other waitress , was talking with the "chef", and I just surprised look around, looking for someone to help me, until someone look at me, and walked over me... When I sat, I asked for coffee creams twice, because the first person didn't get my creams... and after I received my breakfast, NO ONE came to my table to see if I needed it something else!... That's the second time that I lately, experienced something like this. If this people don't care about their bussines, they're more around the area, where people can't feel welcomed ...

Went there several months ago and attempted to order some breakfast burritos. This was the one on Victoria and Broadway. I wanted to add extra bacon and sausage as well as hashbrowns. I was told no. I said again I want to pay the difference and have two breakfast burritos with bacon and sausage extra and hashbrowns in the burritos. I will pay the extra. Again I was told no either bacon or sausage no extras. Also was told that they do not put hashbrowns in burritos. Needless to say I went elsewhere. I have never ever been at a place where you want to spend extra money and you are told no they don't want your money. Thought they were in business to make money but guess not...

Stumbled upon this place on accident and boy am I glad I did. I had the bacon breakfast burrito and my husband had the Carnitas breakfast burrito. They were both delicious and larger than I expected. The photo I posted is after I ate as much as I could, which was about half of what I received. They have a fantastic salsa bar with all the fixings you could want. They also had super friendly staff and a larger seating area than I expected. The walls were decorated with photos of old San Pedro which made the restaurant feel really local and cool. Did I mention our meal was INCREDIBLY cheap?? I'll definitely...
