I have always had a good experience at Sbarro at any location that I've gone to this one was a bit different. When walking up to the counter I could see that the pasta was not as fresh probably like A-day old and I asked her was she going to make any more she just shook her head like yes or she didn't understand me. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs anyway and she put that same day old looking pasta in the plate with the 2 meatballs which they were OK but the marinara sauce was a little too pasty and it didn't spread really well throughout or over my spaghetti. Also you usually get a break stick and a salad I was not offered either. The order taker/cashier was not that friendly. But I will be back because I do like Sbarro's spaghetti and meatballs.

its the worst pizza place ever been too, i asked for a pepperoni and mushroom pizza and they gave some nasty pizza with pepperoni and raw mushroom on it since they forgot to add it when cooking the pizza.

The front lady, Yesenia, was extremely kind. She was very cheerful and served me with care. The food is good! Service and good makes this place 10/10!

The food is alright but the staff seems really rude. I haven't been here in a while so I wanted to reaquant myself with the menu, however, when I asked what was in the broccoli and spinach stuffed slice, a female worker looked at me quiet rudely and said broccoli and spinach. Like I was an idiot for asking. Obviously there is broccoli and spinach, what about those sesame seeds on top, the clearly visible herbs, that mozerella with spots of creamy white stuff I can only assume is cream cheese because the staff is too busy to learn the menu properly. I can honestly say I was very offended and was glad I dont have any serious allergies to worry about. For a second I thought about asking them what's inside every menu item and then order nothing, but I have better things to do with my day. However management should look into this because they use ingredients that could set off allergic reaction and the company would be held liable, or simply because more people could write bad reviews about their staff or the annoyance of realizing you were not warned your Stromboli may contain whole pieces of garlic (which has happened to me on an occasion long ago, but at least I had known that sometimes you might come across a larger than...

I have been going to the Crenshaw mall for years but their worker at Sbarros Yessica is so rude she made me leave as she wanted to charge me each thing separately instead of charging me for one combo. Before me, there was another lady ordering and she began arguing with her too for no reason. I had seen her previously being rude to other people and today it happened to me too. Please watch who you hire because people like her scare...
