After living in the area for the last 8 yrs i have visited this location many times, but i have never experienced what i have tonight at 730pm on 2/25/18. After sitting in the long drive thru line for about 15mins i finally reach the speaker box to order, i was asked to hold for a moment until they finished entering the previous order. After a min the employee returned and began to take my order. After ordering a few items i was asked to hold for a moment, after sitting there for about 3 mins no one had returned to the speaker and the cars in front of me had moved forward and the line behind me was still growing. I decided to just move forward and continue to complete my order at the window. Once i moved forward i had to wait a moment for the car infront of me to finish recieving their order. Now im at the window, and it is open and the employee there is on her phone texting, i sat there a moment to see if she was going to look up and acknowledge or greet me so that i can finish my order. I sat there a full min, she stayed in her phone. I then pulled off. I parked my car to go inside and the customers on the inside were waiting a little. No one was at the register. After waiting the same employee that was working the drive thru now comes to work the register, after taking the previous customers order i request to speak with a manager again she asks me to hold on. She then went to assist another customer and came from behind the counter to me saying that she is the manager. So i continue to calmly express my complaints. She goes back behind the counter because she agrees to fix my order free of charge, and that she was on her phone at the window because she had a emergency. ( mind you i live nearby, i come here WAY TO OFTEN, and i have seen her on her phone at the window before). She goes to retrieve the order and came back saying she cleared it from the screen, so if i could repeat the order again, sure not a problem. I also remind her that she told me to hold on and i didnt finsh my order. So i repeated my order to her 3 nacho grillers, 1nacho fries supreme, a order of nacho fries by itself (which showed on the screen before she told me to hold on) 1 hard shell taco supreme and 2 regular drinks. I first ordered Strawberry freezes but they were out, so i then ordered 2 regular side sodas(the items i didnt get to order while waiting). She wrote them down and then ask me to repeat it once more started to tell with me i only had ordered 1 griller. By this time i dont even want the service anymore.. this is about 25 mins later. So now im leaving letting her now how poor her service is and she is trying to still service me after i clearly refused. She even came from behind the counter and grabbed AT my arm as i went thru the door. She proceeded to follow me all the way outside almost to my car trying to still get me to finish the order. After all the why would I ever want anything else after all of that. She needs to have another look at her rules and policies and work on her customer service and business etiquette....
Read moreThe food was typical Taco Bell. The service was lousy and the staff was rude and uncaring. I went because my 2 year old grandson wanted a chicken taco, I order a 3 taco meal eith a drink for myself. I asked to use the restroom because my 2 year old grandson, who is being potty trained, asked to go. They rattled off the number so fast that I didn't understand. I said excuse me and instead of just speaking clearly, multiple folks started shooting the number...seventy, one, four. Again I didn't understand so I clarified by digit 7, 0, 1, 4. Then we went to the restroom and couldn't use it because the toilet seat was covered in old urine sprinkles and the bathroom reeked of urine. I told them that we couldn't use it because the seat was covered in urine. They didn't care at all. If I hadn't already paid for my food, I would have left. These folks need customer service training and they need to service the toilet at least every 2 hours. I asked to use the second bathroom and they told me there was only one when there was obviously two. They must keep the second bathroom clean only for their use. Use another Taco Bell location. Read moreHighly upset because they advertise on google and on their doors that they open at 7pm. I walked for a while to get there at 6:50pm, and saw them turn on their lights near their register at around 7:05ish. I waited until 7:15 to give them grace, and they saw me outside waiting and said nothing. I called them, they kept hanging up the phone over and over instead of picking up. A lady finally picks up after 3 rings and sigh’s with a bothered tone. I asked her what time do you open and she said 7. I then asked her is that only drive through? She paused and I continued and said… when are you going to open indoors… she said, 8 and ended the call immediately. First of all — RUDE. And second, if that’s the case, their drive through hours vs the indoor hours should be clearly stated. I don’t know if they were just slacking as most of the fast food restaurants in this area tend to do, or if they really do open their doors at 8. Either way, I’m extremely disappointed. I would not have even felt the need to get on here and write all this if their customer service was better. This is literally my first review on google. SMH… please, get it together, Taco Bell.
