Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Los Angeles

NO PLACE TO SEAT AND ENJOY YOUR COFFEE!

This review is based solely on my experience and personal opinion. I went to this Starbucks coffee shop on a Saturday afternoon the 19th of November 2021.

DRINK/FOOD: I ordered a Latte and a chocolate pastry to go. LATTE was ok, not a great flavor and he gave me a Jam filled pastry instead of a chocolate one.

STAFF: the guy was super slow, and he did something I did not appreciate.... while he was fixing my Latte a couple of people he knew walked in, he dropped my Latte got their order and made their drinks first. so rude and unprofessional.

PLACE: this Starbucks is in a Supermarket, so has no sitting area and since is located at the very entrance you always have a crowed of confused people that do not know where to stand in line or where the line starts.

LOCATION: This Starbucks is just few minutes away from Point Fermin Park which is an amazing place, which allows you to go grab your Coffee and then drive to the park and enjoy the magnificent view.

Lately this Starbucks location has gone down hill. It's turned into the ghetto Starbucks. Staff is yucking it up behind the counter. I had to raise my voice to get the staffers attention. Look, if I'm paying close to $7.00 for a freaking coffee I don't need it served with an attitude. Then the guy said something snarky to me when I left. Get your act together Starbucks. The Starbucks is mid and the guy serving me decided to like... make fun of me? Literally just for having dyed hair. It was awkward and I didn't laugh. He made my drink and it was fine but if you want to deal with a person who talks alot while you order...
