Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

If you were coming to use the Wi-Fi with your computer or other electronic device this is not the best Starbucks for that. They do have Wi-Fi and you are able to do this however they do not have big tables to meet with somebody or to be with other friends. There's a limited number of tables and they're all very small. There's also an even more limited amount of places for you to charge or plug in your laptop.

Now I know that this is a business it's a coffee shop and their main focus is to sell coffee not for people to come in and use it as their personal office!

That being said many of the other Starbucks that I go to are just much nicer for people who do need to use the Wi-Fi

I travel a lot for work and go back and forth from Los Angeles to Palm Springs and 29 palms and so forth. Because of that a lot of times I have to stop to check in the office and Starbucks is a good place to sit down and do that. So there are people like me who really do appreciate the Starbucks that are nicer for us to do such things. So even though that is not what Starbucks is all about I did want to point out that if you're going to come to this Starbucks to use your laptop there are many better options. One of the employees on the last shift of May 22, 2018 was very rude and disrespectful. We came at about closing time. We were just finishing our food. The rest of the staff politely informed us that they were closing in 6 minutes. Then another staff told us they are closing in 4 minutes in a polite manner as well.

But this girl from behind the counter screamed and yelled at me and my husband " HEY YOU GUYS KNOW WE ARE CLOSING". And we told her we are just finishing our food. She almost made me choke on my food when she yelled.

Her attitude and behavior is totally unacceptable. She can calmly tell us to move on the patio dining and finish our food and drinks outside.

As a policy, they should have told us that they can only take orders to go when we paid for our drinks. Coffee lovers love Starbucks and the positive spirit of the baristas. But this employee of Starbucks Canoga is exceptional in a disgusting...

Saw my frappucino, next to a pink drink, on the counter when I arrived. The door is locked. Hour sign says open. Knocked. Nothing. Knocked again. I saw the staffs through the glass door, nobody looked at the door. Knocked again. Nothing. I waited another minute. Knocked again. Still nothing.

More drinks on the counter. I saw 5 drinks. I knocked again. Still nothing. Anxiety kicked in. Knocked again. I saw 4 cars (with somebody inside), thinking maybe they are there to pickup as well. Knocked again.

Decided to ask one of the drivers. She told me I have to go through the drive thru for pickup.

There were 4/5 cars ahead of me.. what's the point of placing the order ahead of time but I still have to wait in line for the drink? I got the drink 28 minutes after.

The moral of this story? Don't do mobile order after 9pm if you are in a hurry since they closed...
