The Real Juicery — Restaurant in Los Angeles

1 star for customer service. I placed an order online for a wait of 17 minutes. I park and it was busy so rather than going to the counter and asking for my order I waited in line so they didn’t feel pressured. I get to the counter they weren’t aware of my order. The cashier person isn’t aware of my order nor anybody else. She states they’ve been busy I said it’s no problem, online it said it was ready so I came in and I told her I could wait. However, I wanted to ensure they would get started on mine and asked how long it would take she mentioned another 10-15 minutes. Meaning they weren’t considering the orders online at all just the customers in person. At that point I should’ve canceled my ordered and reordered then and there again if I was going to be skipped again. The customer service and deliverance wasn’t the greatest. I was in a rush and had ordered online to beat getting there and I understand sometimes it can get busy but there should be at least one person checking the online orders if that’s going to be an option. This place is the real deal! Everything is freshly made with the highest quality and nutrition. My smoothie maker was Safiena, very knowledgeable and makes the best drinks every time. You can tell this place is all about a community vibe and they give back by providing such good food. I always feel so welcome and revitalized after a visit!
