Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I have tried quite a number of coffee shops since moving here. To date no ones coffee has come close to being as good as here. I tend to like iced coffee the most and with little sweeteners. This place has been perfect everytime.

The dessert they have in the display always looks so fresh and good. I've had a few options so far and they have all been fantastic. Nothing has ever been overcooked or burnt, not even overly sweet. My new one is the ginger bread and it was amazing!

In the time I have visited here, it has been clean and organized everytime. The staff are always cheerful and friendly. They are always eager and happy to help. Tonight I had a great conversation with Elle and Christian, two great employees. I can't express enough how energetic, positive and passionate everyone is.

My only suggestion to Starbucks is to get an unsweetened version of one of their nut based milks. This is one restriction I have in my diet. So a non-dairy milk with no sugar would...

A family from Seattle, we were in the area for vacation and the service received exceeded expectations. We typically don’t get the level of consistency at a California Starbucks compared to a Seattle Starbucks when it comes to customer service and taste in coffee. We ordered from the App while we were at Universal City walk Starbucks and it was transferred to this Starbucks that was 5-7 minutes drive away if you have very little traffic. After much frustration of waiting through crowds to be told the don’t take mobile orders and the order placed was transferred to this Starbucks, the ladies here Nerly, Fuji, and Angie remade our drinks with a smile after we explained what happened. They balanced the other order coming in as it seemed like a busy night and had us back on the road in minutes. They put all the extra touches in there that we wanted and it tasted just like home. This little nook of a Starbucks was like our home away from home. ...

At 17:17 pm today my husband, my two children and I visited this Starbucks and asked the female behind the counter (Hispanic chubby lady) which was also the ONLY person there behind the counter if I could use the bathroom and told her it was an emergency (my husband was parking the car and I entered first) meaning we were going to order. She proceeded to tell me the three times I begged to use the bathroom that “she had just cleaned it”. I even offered to clean it again afterwards to which she said in a very flat tone, “no”. I had to obviously leave and search for a bathroom nearby. I have lupus, RA, Raynard’s syndrome among other autoimmune disorders for which I am taking very strong medications. I only needed to splash water on my face, I felt dizzy due to these medications. We were going to consume drinks etc. Mind you the closing time...
