I unfortunately had the worst massage experience of my life at this establishment.
I did purchase a Groupon for a 90 min couples massage to be fair, so I wasnāt expecting amazing things, but this went way below my expectations.
To start off, both therapists showed up about 15-17 minutes late. My partner said he had an amazing experience with his therapist but my therapist didnāt seem like she knew what she was doing. She never touched my hands or feet and spent about half of the time just pushing on random muscles. It hurt quite a bit in some spots.
At one point she said āBe right back.ā And physically left the building to go out to the parking lot... in the middle of my massage.. And didnāt return for a good 5-7 minutes, so I was just sitting there staring off into space, listening to my partner enjoy his massage while I had nothing. It was very awkward.
She then didnāt stay an extra 15 minutes, as she should have, to make up for showing up late. But the other therapist did, so again, I was sitting there for 15 solid minutes listening to my partner enjoy his massage while I had nothing. Again, very awkward.
I heard her phone constantly going off during and it felt like she was replying to messages with one hand while she was giving my massage!
I had some pain in my shoulder and I left with more pain than I had before the massage. She talked a fair bit during the massage. Her voice was quite distinctively loud and irritating, which I know isnāt her fault, but to be so loud in what is supposed to be a relaxing massage really threw me off.
It really was the worst massage experience Iāve ever had and Iām really disappointed in this...

I bought a Groupon and made an appointment for a 90 minute couples massage via email, as requested and got a confirmation. My husband and I drove 20 miles, arrived 15 minutes early to find the spa closed. The sign said open 10:00am-something, and it was 10:45am and our appointment was at 11:00am and the place was dark. I called the number and a gentleman said the masseuse would be there momentarily, not to worry. She showed up at 11:05 and looked confused. I told her we had an appointment for 11:00 and without an apology or anything she said sit here and walked away. I could hear her on the phone, she didn't come back to give us an update, just continued opening the spa, lighting candles, etc. Heard another phone call around 11:20, after which she came in to tell us that they didn't have record of our appointment and the additional masseuse wouldn't be there until 3pm, so we would have to wait or come back. THIS WAS THE ONLY OPTION OFFERED. Not, I could do one at a time, not, if you come back at a later time/date we will offer a complementary service, or additional time on the massage. No explanation for why our appointment hadn't been recorded or way to make it right. Just sorry, our mistake, too bad for you. There is actually another review on Groupon where someone's appointment wasn't recorded and they were left waiting. How many times does that have to happen before a company figures out how to stop making the same mistakes?? There are plenty of spa's that take care of their customers and give good massages, don't take your chances...

I had called on 12/29 at 1037am to make an appointment for the same day and was given an appointment time of 7pm. I even called back at 630pm to confirm the appointment and ask if there was parking. I was told there is parking on site and to come in. When I arrived for the appointment, I was met by Alice and she informed me that the other person had left just 20 minutes before arriving for our appointment. When I informed of making the appointment, she apologized and said that the only way she could help was to do two separate 90 minute massages. This defeated the purpose of doing a couple massage and would take 3 hours and leave the other person waiting for 90 minutes alone. Alice was apologetic and said that she could reschedule for 12/30 at 5pm and include body scrub and aromatherapy for the inconvenience. We said that's fine and that we would be back the next day for the couple massage. We then showed up at 445pm on 12/30 for our appointment only to see that it was closed. We called the business phone and left messages and am even sent the business an email. We waited until 5:30pm and no one showed for our 2nd appointment. I am now extremely upset and do not know how a business operates like this. I have now wasted 2 evenings planning for a relaxing massage only to be stressed out more by ten times then i was before. I have not been called back from messages left from yesterday and today and don't know how a business like this can stay open with this type of dysfunctional...
