Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

So I visited this Starbucks in the morning to there little to zero issues. The evening team on the other hand is a different story. I placed a mobile order at 4:03PM 7/20/24. Starbucks app said my drink would be available by 4:12 PM. I tend to wait 2-3 mins just in case it’s not ready. When I walked up to mobile order station I see that my drink was not ready, but I did notice multiple drinks at the drive thru counter. I have a seat for like another 2 mins. None of the staff members acknowledged me waiting when I walked. Everyone seemed dedicated to "helping" the drive thru line, but might I add the Drive thru e line was not extremely busy as it is not peak hours. So I go to cashier station to ask for my mobile order. Turns out my drink was sitting at the drive thru section. However, I do not know for how long, but it seemed long enough the drink looked "deflated". One of the young men overhears me asking for my drink from the cashier and proceed to "remake" my drink by shaking it with more ice before passing it to me. He ignored me numerous times prior to me waiting for my mobile order. I didn’t say anything, to none of the employees. Personally, if the staff doesn’t want to be bothered with mobile orders why sit all the mobile orders on a whole different counter and then go out of their way to ignore the customer. This place can be a hit a miss unfortunately. I don’t go often due to the continued issues I’ve had with my cup not being even close to the top. Today was another case of buying a Venti but getting a Grande amount. They always try to cover up the lack of coffee by filling up the space with whipped cream. So this image is after mixing it all in. Not even a taste was taken before taking these images. You can see there is about 1.5-2” missing from the top: the length of my finger up to my knuckle! I recommend not getting whipped cream on top due to this. I tried showing the amount of the coffee through the cup by the Sun light and it’s barely visible but you can see the amount in there. For how expensive this place is, it is extremely disappointing that they would treat customers this way intentionally.
