This is an edit to a previous five star review. I'm not sure what happened to this place. It used to be fabulous. The manager was a shining star. A few of the staff could've been described as nothing less. Then, there were some really ugly incidents with a few poor employees. Instead of being corrected the incidents became the norm. It morphed gradually until today it feels like even the former star baristas have been replaced by pod people. What is going on with Starbucks? They used to excel so in customer service and now they have become horrible and any incidence of excellent customer service is a rare exception. The five-star review would have recognized excellence by name;this one is so negative I've omitted names. I am searching for a replacement; a reasonably priced, casual dining/coffee place that has that high standards; friendly, upbeat, professional, old-school, 'We appreciate your business' kind of...

Shoot- if you feel like breaking into a song, reciting Gunga Din in your best stage voice or just staring at your human...
Read moreThis location is disappointing. I asked for a matcha latte and they gave me a chai latte. I didn’t mind that they gave me the wrong order because I know it’s sometimes hard to hear (especially with masks) point is, I was willing to take the chai latte as long as there is no cinnamon (because i’m allergic) and when I asked the cashier if the chai latte had cinnamon she said no. Before leaving I looked it up on my phone and chai does have cinnamon, which is so reckless on their part. I then got out of my car to ask for a matcha latte instead and that same cashier was so rude and did not want to help me, she asked someone else to help me. mind you, I was trying to be as polite as possible. I know it’s difficult to work in fast food restaurants especially if it’s a Starbucks but there was no need for her to be so mean especially if i’m trying to be as...
