I had gone to Burger King today to redeem my game piece for a free value fry. I had been made to feel like I was inconveniencing the staff by asking the question on how to redeem my free value fry game piece.
I offered to get out of the drive-through line myself to figure it out. I went through the proper steps loaded the game piece up on the app. I went to go inside to retrieve my order and was greeted with less than satisfying customer service. The lady told me she deleted my order and that I needed to bring the game piece inside with me to redeem the offer so she could staple it to the receipt they kept inside the store.
I had to go back outside to my car and get the game piece because I was reminded that I couldn't just do the redemption from the app itself even tho it had its own 6 digit code.
I have been a regular to this store for 3 years and I feel that the staff customer service has been sliding downhill. Someone really needs to train them on the proper customer service and procedures when it comes to game pieces or coupons.
I have read the terms and conditions of the rules and it did not once state the policy that I needed the actual game sticker with me to redeem my free gift.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe received the wrong order completely. This was discovered when we were on the way home in traffic. It's bad enough it took more than 30 minutes to get there, then 20 minutes to go back, then another 10 minutes home. This is the second time so how much more angry can we get.
We finally arrived at this location at 5:26 p.m. My husband was amicable regarding receiving the wrong order. The drive through attendant actually remembered us from the last incident that he mentioned it and apologized that it happened again. He was not the problem.
The problem was the manager (woman) that was rude when we were nice enough to return to the location (because the last time this happened, we discovered we had the wrong order AFTER we were home and contacted the location which got us nowhere) AND DID NOT complain about what happened. We would've demanded our money back but we simply asked for the correct order. She could have at least acknowledged the mistake that was made and apologize but she did not. The unpleasant look of annoyance on her face had displayed enough angst for me to write this and notify someone of her unprofessional attitude.
We feel the General Manager should be informed of the manager's conduct. If this is your team leader, I am certain this is why their work ethic and quality of customer service is poor due to no integrity and low morale of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreYou may be finding yourself in the same situation that I found myself in a few weeks ago. You are sitting at your computer feverishly looking through reviews of this Burger King because you suddenly got a craving and are wondering if the food is any good.
Well right off the bat I will tell you that this Burger King is great! The people who work here are great and have never gotten my order wrong. The food is exactly what you expect when you are eating two for 5 bucks OG chicken sandwiches and the fries are always crispy and hot.
Many of the reviews I've seen across multiple platforms whine about this or that and honestly most are just from people who have likely never worked in customer service. If you are literally expecting to be treated like a king when you go here, please recalibrate your expectations of the slogans used in the commercials.
So worry not, order that ridiculously cheap and salty food and relive the nostalgic flavors you remember when you went here as a kid. Drive-thru moves pretty quick and I would say ordering through the app ahead of time makes it easy and likely reduces a lot of confusion, also has some ridiculous deals and...
