I've been patronizing this Subway location since it opened, but as with everything else, things change. I don't know if the ownership has changed, but the employees have, and it's not for the better. I usually place my order online, but this time I went in. I showed the young lady my phone which had a previous order to let her know I wanted this same order minus the chips and also to show I was a "member". When she asked me what I wanted on the order, I tried to give her the phone so she could read the prior order. She stated, "I can't touch your phone because if I drop it or anything, the store is liable for any damages." Couldn't she set the phone down and read the order? That way she wouldn't have to worry about dropping it. She filled my order and then charged me. I then asked her when was she going to swipe my phone so I would receive my points and comment was, "Oh, you were supposed to do that before you paid." Well you idiot, why didn't you tell me that before I paid; youve seen my phone, my account, etc. Total lack of common sense and customer service. I will be contacting Subway to get my points and lodge...
