Subway — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I like this place, mostly because of the cool staff when I go. I randomly go around sunset. I'm always in and out. The employees have good attitudes, they remember customers and help each other pretty well. All gives you better service to me. The food taste and looks somewhat fresh when I go. They do get people with low-income and people who live on the surrounding streets. Their good people tho, just hard conditions. Unfortunately, you do get people with sub-standard hygiene and less care for cleanliness. Which creates an extra needed attention that's harder on staff. So sometimes the place will be a bit dirty. But they're cool people too with good convos. The employees know some of their names also. Which is even greater! They also serve ebt. I mean, they are directly attached to the county building.... Why not? But in all. Good experience. Good service. Bad upkeep in...

This location is well known for the employee's bad attitude against the customers. They are engaged with each other and ignore the customer's requests. They are like in auto mode and do not ask how we want our food. They just assume we all like our sub toasted. Being a made-to-order place, they should pay more attention and heed customer's request. The concept of a smile is something alien to them. I do not believe the subway corporation or the particular owner of this franchised location spend any money or make any efforts to train their employees in providing an excellent customer service. I was waiting in line maybe 5 minutes before a woman walked in and stood in line beside me, then as the people ordering in front of me finished the employee started to help me before the woman stepped up to the counter and the employee told me to wait and helped her instead. It was incredibly rude considering I had been in line and visible to the employee for a good 5 minutes before this woman came in and was helped before me anyways, from the way they were talking I can only assume they're friends as well which makes it worse.
