Subway — Restaurant in Los Angeles

EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, IN addition to being RACIST! There's a heavy Hispanic Lady there that barely speaks English, that got so mad and frustrated with me, because I asked to substitute a meat on one of the sandwiches (on the Supreme Meats Sandwiche, theres Pepperoni, Salami, Ham and Capicola, I don't like Salami, I asked if that could be substituted for Turkey, she turned to the other rude employee for clarity, and she said no, I said ok it's fine, the lady making my sandwich then offered more pepperoni, and I asked for extra ham instead, she said you don't like Salami, I answered no, but its fine, she insisted on offering more pepperoni, I asked could I have more ham instead she stared at me with confusion and she shook her head, and aggressively starting adding the original meats on the sandwich, no longer willing to accommodate my request. Throwing the meats on the bread, and in the compartments. I walked out in disgust of her behavior and treatment I recieved, I was never rude to her, I was very understanding and respectful. the heavy set woman is just very rude. i remember maybe like a month ago, i used a coupon. when i back a week later, i tried to use a coupon again, she told me they dont take coupons. well ok then. i asked for spicy italian, she said " we dont do that, pick a number" umm ok. now today i went again, another employee helped me, Letty i think. she was very nice. i asked for spicy italian, she made it right away. when i had to pay, the heavy set woman said "you wanna combo," i said no thank you. and she proceeded to charge me. didnt give me a chance to put my phone number for points. once i paid, she was quick to walk away without giving me a bag or my order. i asked her for a bag and the audacity of this woman. "i ask you you say no, its 15 cents, you want it" didnt know i had to pay for a bag, i remember past times i didnt have too. so i just said no thank you, can i just get my order, and she just shoved it towards...

This is a great subway location. I came back to Los Angeles after 6 years overseas and some of the staff is still there. Staff is friendly and they keep this location clean and it is nice to go here and eat indoors. So I always stop by this location when i am in Marina area. Hopefully management understands that good employees that properly run their store attracts customers too.. not just the food.. so keep your employees paid...
