Ashlee Alexandra Cakes- By Appointment Only — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I decided last minute to order some cupcakes for my birthday. Every place I looked up wanted several days to a couple weeks in advance! I took a chance and called Ashlee and wow, I am so glad I did. Not only did she accommodate my short notice order (2 days), she was super friendly and asked me plenty of questions on type, taste, style, etc. I ordered two dozen cupcakes, one in red velvet, and one in vanilla, both with a buttercream frosting. Ashlee sent me instruction the evening before for pickup the next morning, and it turned out it was convenient for both of us for me to get them that evening, so really, the cupcakes were ready in a day! And oh, were they tasty! I brought them into work the next morning and everyone loved them. The buttercream frosting was light (not super sweet like store-bought cupcakes) and were presented as a beautiful floral design. I will definitely order from Ashlee Alexandra Cakes again. Thank you, Ashlee, for making my birthday...

Ashlee made my husband and I the most beautiful gender reveal cake on extremely short notice. She was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. When I picked up my cake from her, I was blown away by the thoughtful packaging- the cake was in a transportation safe box with a window panel for viewing without opening the box. She even helped me load the cake so it was secure in my car, and she provided helpful care instructions and a thoughtful note with the cake. The cake was beautiful and exceeded our expectations in design and taste! The buttercream was especially exceptional - you can tell she uses the best ingredients for her cake! We will definitely be coming back for more events...

Cake -Gorgeous -Everything I hoped for -Packaged with care* -Delicious *my friend dropped the cake before any photos were taken so the side is smudged but that's all user error, not at all due to Ashlee's packaging

Service -10/10 quick responses + kept me in the loop from start to finish -Transparent about her personal limitations but offered solutions instead of saying, "no I can't do that" -On time & as described

Other highlights -I wanted fondant letters, so I sent an etsy link + she was able to purchase them from the link -Price is super reasonable.

I hope I find an excuse to order another cake soon before her business...
