So I have written a review for this particulare Subway before. My problem was that the 2 ladies that were working there had horrible attitudes and they were not switching their gloves in between customers at all. They would even brush the counter off with the same gloves on and still not swith them. I had to request for them to change their gloves before touching my food. This time the problem was management and improper training. There was a new guy there and he was nervous obviously. Today was supposedly his first day and I get it everyone has to learn, it takes time sometime. However, they left him up there by himself for the most part. Someone was there refilling the veggies but certainly not attempting to help the new guy at all. What irritated me is I asked for olives on my sandwich and he literally began to put one olive at a time. Once he had 4 count'em 4 olives he asked me what else do I want on it. I was like first off add way more olives please. He apologized and explained that he was new and like I wrote before I understand. He is not what made me mad, what made me mad was the complete disregard that the other employees had including the manager. I am sure that is not the 1st time it was like that and I believe that hands on learning is the best but come on the guy obviously needed more training and there was more than enough employees there on the clock to assist with showing him how to properly do things. Oh did I mention that my sandwich was wrapped incredibly wrong. When the cashier finally came to the front he certainly did not correct the wrapping nor did he attempt to advise the new guy of the people's procedures to wrap a sandwich. Bottom line, if I worked closer to another subway I would go to that one and boycott this other one they really need to update their training tactics. Perhaps management needs to go through training themselves. Oh P.S. I think I ended up with like a total of 12 olives. I'd be shocked if...
Read moreThere were 4 workers on the clock. 3 females and 1 guy. The guy was friendly and offered to make my mother's sandwich but the lady attending me said she got it. She made our sandwiches at the same time, asked me if I wanted my food toasted, i said no. Asked my mom the same and she agreed. She toasted both our sandwiches and I reminded her I didnt want mines toasted. She fustratedly asked if I wanted to keep the toasted one and I said no. So when she finished my moms sandwich she made mines but she seemed like she was rushing every thing which I didnt appreciate. I also didnt appreciate her not paying full attention to our order as she was busy talking to her coworkers. When paying, my mom inserted her car and the lady left. We stood there for a while, watching the workers minus the man, all on their phones. My mom ripped the reciet from the machine since no one was going to give it to her and we both left. They need to be retrained because that isnt acceptable. If i were to do that at my job their would be serious...
Read moreSubway is not the healthiest form of fast food. Be aware of their nutritional facts before walking into the location, the calories that they are required to post become confusing since there are so many different options. Subway is a basic sandwich location that enables you to pick and choose exactly what is on your sandwich and how you like it. This location does not have bathroom facilities and has very limited parking, when I saw very limited I mean very limited! The location on Roscoe and De Soto about a mile from this one is better with customer service...
