Customer service here and the management is really bad. I’ve had a couple different experiences here with them one of the times being today when I got home and realized I didn’t have my card and I called in to ask about checking to see if they had my card and the woman told me I gave you your card back. She didn’t ask any more information. She had no idea who I was and it wasn’t the same person that would help me and she had no way of knowing that I was or wasn’t anybody because she had no information at that point And she insisted she gave me a card without even knowing who she was talking to her or if she’d help me which she wasn’t the person who has taken my order then I asked can you check to see if there’s a card there? I was there a little while ago. I just got home and realized I didn’t have it and I didn’t go anywhere else. She goes “we have card.” Then she asked me what time I ordered it I said I don’t remember the exact time But I can give you the name on my card and and then she hung up on me and I called back and whatever the issue is with the language barrier when you say we have card I’m gonna assume that you have the card and then asked me for the time and I said I don’t know I can give you my full name The appropriate way of handling that is not to hang up on somebody when they call back and go how do I get my card back? She kept hanging up the management there is always horrible. We’ve had issues in the past Orders being wrong. I don’t really understand why a place like this would not have someone who fully doesn’t speak English as a manager. I also asked if there was a different manager there and they went on to tell me there is no other manager there and I said when will there be another manager there later and they said no I am very aware of our restaurants work and there’s no way that there is only one manager or not another person in management there that it wouldn’t be possible at any point to talk to someone else at this Location. There’s no way there’s only one management position. They really need to work on their customer service and how to speak to people without being rude. They’re very rude there. I will never go here again and I go here all the time I’m gonna be going to the one in reseda / northridge area because I like there food but the management here is rude and not helpful I would not recommend going. The food is great. Made to order. If you like chili try the chili fries. It is one of the best I have had. The environment is pretty chill. Plenty of space to sit. Not like other places you have to divide your family into two teams. One orders food while the others scan for a place to sit. Not here. If you scan the place it’s because of the choices of seating. I have not been there once where I had to fight for seating. The restrooms are clean and it wouldn’t be L.A. with out the iconic tagging of the region. The food is fresh the one I like is the farmers burger but it’s a bitter sweet like. Because the burger gets to be messy thanks to the guacamole they put on it. The employees are respectful and very professional I like the service of them all. The person that comes to mind is Alejandra she is got it nailed down right. The zucchini are one the best when given in an order they are hot. I ve compared the size of an order from other establishments and they seem to deliver kid sized portions. Not Farmer Brothers they treat you like an adult giving you a whole zucchini battered and sliced, they are cut in four the long way. A yummy treat. If you haven’t tried. You might be missing out. They have plenty of options for lunch and for those who chase the early worm. Find the breakfast satisfying. From pancakes to French toast. Running a bit late have the breakfast burritos. I have driven by this place for sometime now. I decided to check it out. I walked in and immediately Alma said "Welcome." I approached the cashier counter and Alma helped me. I asked her how does this place stand out from all the other burger joints? She said, everything we make it fresh, never frozen. We cut all the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc in the morning when we come in. I asked what she recommends since it was my first time there. She said everything is good. The most popular burger is the 1/3 pound USDA antibiotic free, never frozen natural cheeseburger. I asked what so special about it and she said the bun is a potato bun. I ordered her recommendation avocado bacon style. I asked for extra lettuce, tomatoes and onions and she said the burgers don't come with lettuce and tomatoes. I asked why? She said she's not sure of the reason, but don't worry there is no extra charge. I got the burger at the table. I paid 8 dollars and some change for one burger with no fries or drink. There was really nothing special about the burger. I cut a piece of the beef and tasted it by itself. It lacked flavor. I would definitely add more salt and pepper. The avocado seemed to be packaged. The best way I can describe it is a packaged guacamole that I once had from Costco.
