Now why this score because one they forgot my fiancé side of veggies second they are stitchy with their ginger and all condiments in general the lady in the kitchen was super rude lazy told us that there was no time cook the veggies and when she made the order she over cooked the veggies they tasted nasty the register guy has no clue of his position or what it intels and really they have to check their attitude at the door the customers have no fault of their personal or work problems we have issues with our own stuff and we no one deserves this type of service if you are allowed to only give a certain amount and then sale the extra condiments like almost everywhere else some of us don't care to sleep money on food everyone be careful God...

I went to this place and I tried to use a coupon and the cashier wasn't able to finish the transaction because he didn't know how to discount the items,he did it to the customer before me and told her to bring the food back and gave her the refund and told her to contact corporate office, that wasn't his problem and he said the same thing to me,when I ask for the manager he said he was the manager so I asked for his district managers number he told me to come back at 4pm to talk to the manager but earlier he said he was the manager, something is wrong with this company! The food is good but the service is the worst in the san Fernando valley,I just don't know how...

This Yoshinoya sucks! The Asian oldman that works there always makes your food portion very small on purpose! I paid more and ordered the combo XL and the portion was the same as getting a regular combo! This idiot man purposely makes the rice in the bottom very shallow and spreads out the small beef or chickem portion to give an illusion that youre getting a lot when youre really not! Youll know when youre getting ripped off when you first carry your bag or plate knowing it feels very light in weight! Stay away from this Yoshinoya as well because they never have Salmon because theyre lying and dont want to go out of their way...
