Nice newer location, staff is nice. Chicken is always the wisest choice! Here at least once a week!

Update 3/31/19 - after frequenting this place for almost 2 years now, service is hit or miss, so is consistency in their policy, I found out first hand today. I usually spend $20+ for family meal per visit and get them to go, so I'd request for the larger salsa containers usually around 6-8 so we'd have enough salsas for the meal. However, I was told today by Berenice that we're only allowed 3 containers per order. I confirmed by reiterating my order for 12pcs legs and thighs with 6x2 tortillas and I'm only allowed 3 of the larger containers... She confirmed this and repeated that the 3 container limit is by order. But, this time she'll make an exception to that rule and gave me extra 3.

So this was the first time we're informed of this, not sure if this is a new policy but there are unlimited small containers for you to take as many as you want, which I think is a waste of plastic if I were to take the same amount of salsa for our meal. It'd have been at least 18 of the small containers vs 6 of the larger ones that I requested. Each of these larger containers has about 3 servings of salsa per tortilla. There are different types of salsa and the ones I usually get are Pico De Gallo and green salsa, I combine both to make my taco. If I were only given 3 of the larger containers, I'd only have enough salsa to make 4.5 tacos, 2 types of salsa per taco. But then we're given 12 tortillas? That's not even close to...

Drive through was taking very long .. even when you reach the menu the speaker says "please let me know when your ready" I say ready and nothing but silence for about a min. I order the queso blanco guacamole burrito. I pull up to the window the guy working the window doesn't greet me nor make sure what my order is he just looks and says 10.96$ no hi how are you or anything .. he gives me my card and receipt then hands me a bag . I get back to my office just find a very small burrito I slightly open it . It's nothing but beans and rice .. now I'm irritated I only get 30min for lunch and now I have to drive back because for almost 11$ a bean and rice burrito a fraction of the size of what I should of received is completely not acceptable. I drive back walk in a lady asked if she can help me . I said yes this is not what I ordered and had to drive back here to you guys .. then she tells another lady about the order they made me another one .. at this point a sincere apology. Would have been great and to offer maybe a side of chips or anything to correct. The mistake that they have done would have been nice but nothing was offered just my original burrito that I ordered and now that I didn't have time to sit down for lunch to eat. Very...

Went to lunch at this location on 1/22/20 and ordered their new pollo bowl with avocado and salad.. I thinks it’s a Keto bowl. Anyway it was disappointing... first of all portion was small , hardly any pollo!! The chicken seem like the pre grill packaged Diced chicken you get in the supermarket from Fosters Farms!! It was cold!! That was a huge disappointment also to point out there was no avocado 🥑!!! I mean hello you show on the ordering board pics of this bowl with plump chicken and generous slices of avocados 🥑... this will be the last time I ever order this item.. and to piggy back with another person reviewed- since this chain restaurant has opened many years ago the quality of the chicken and taste has lowered.. whoever remembers when they first came out the chickens were plump and juicy pieces.. now they seem more like Cornish hens!! And overcooked-dry inside too..

1/30/20- This is an automatic response and not something is truly felt... it’s the same response on all the others this location has responded back to the reviews. Want to truly make a difference- bring quality food and excellent customer service experience and see the affect it causes.. otherwise these auto typed...
