Absolutely amazing hidden diamonds here ! I found a great chairs with perfect new condition in the boxes which is cost me for 300% less than it is in regular furniture stores. If you know what you want you definitely find it there , if not they also has a good interior decorator with her consultation it will be easy to find the best for you and refresh your home. GDF provide some discount for her consultation. I definitely love this place and recommend it. 💫✨

Looking at the reviews it seems like there's quality concerns and shipping issues. If you're local however and you go there you can take your time to look around and examine what you're looking at. I've purchased a 2 seat sofa for my music room and I absolutely love it. The price was very reasonable and the staff helped tie it down in my wife's car. They have frequent rotating stock so it's like a little game to see if they have what you're looking for.

Cheaply made in-style pieces that doesn’t last. In less than 6 months, my outdoor bench was warped, splintered, and the finish wore off badly. Also, they seem to filter out most negative reviews on their site, which is a misleading and shady practice.

I had a great experince with GDF and their products. I ordered outdoor 11-piece patio furniture set. It was not easy to find- contemprary, aluminim base, well crafted. It arrived on-time, in perfect condition. A couple of foot pads were cracked from the manufacturer within the sealed plastic bag, and GDF replaced them timely and with full diligence. In addition to the set, I ordered 2 more corner tables and outdoor storage bin. All orders arrived ontime, promptly, and in excellent condition. Yes some assembly is required. But... how else would you ship 11 pieces of furniture??? Besides, the assembly process is simple and easy. Even extra Allen wrenches are coming with it. I could have done it myself easily if necessary but I guess my husband likes this sort of things.... for a change.... to get away from his high...

I ordered 4 chairs for delivery 2 weeks before Thanks giving week. Fed ex had a label created and I was given a date for delivery the Saturday before Thanksgiving. When they didn't show, FedEx told me they never received the package form the sender. 2 days and still no word from the sender. my card was charged. Houzz said they would look in to it. They did.

Update: I was emailed by GDF and shown a similar product, given a pre black friday discount and additional offer to match price. I was phoned by a manager at GDF and she explained what had happened. I was promptly refunded and recharged for the new stools. I received them last Saturday. Although it didn't start out well I was impressed with the redemption....

I am extremely disappointed with the non-existent customer service of GDF Studio. Anybody purchasing anything from them should read this and exercise extreme caution. I have sent three emails to cancel an order -- the first within minutes of placing the order -- and none have been answered. Consequently the order arrived to my home -- costing me nearly USD200. I have no recourse but to write this review. Far better if you can order a same or similar item from Wayfair, Amazon.com, eBay or another more reputable and reliable online company. It seems nobody is at home at GDF studio -- leaving me with a serious case of...
