To simply say that I am satisfied with Fusion Luxury Motors in Chatsworth, CA would be an understatement and a disservice. Gil and Richard are consummate examples of professionalism and alacrity in delivering extraordinary customer service. This team is an inspiration. Gil provided me with the assurance that he would do his best to not only market, but sell my 1969 Road Runner for fair market price. His demeanor and confidence led me to believe he and Richard both had my back. They are champions and an absolute delight to work with. Through their combined high touch approach to marketing my vehicle, an out of state customer found my car online. In addition to wanting to sell the my Road Runner, it was important to me that the buyer would appreciate the value of my car and give it a good home. As luck would have it, the buyer assured Gil and Richard he was buying the car to give to his brother for his birthday. For me it was a bitter sweet moment. While it was time for me to sell the car which saddened me since I restored it back to original factory condition beginning the day I purchased it, knowing where the car was going assured me that I had done the right thing. Gil and Richard are awesome.

Gil kept in contact with me every step of the way. Both Gil and Richard made me feel like I was their only customer, through multiple conversations, texts, e-mail pictures etc. In another life, I worked for LITHIA Motors long enough to recognize this high level of customer service and how it can be a lofty goal on a car deal, because of all of the “moving parts” that make up the sale.

Add to that, delivering 100% total client satisfaction on a car deal involving an out of state purchase of a California vehicle and arranging the transportation for the buyer, now that is worthy of an “Oscar” nomination.

Such a great experience!!!

Recently purchased a 66 gt350r clone from Fusion. Although they were hot the builders of the car they sent me several videos and photos of the car prior to me picking it up.

I believe I emailed them originally on a Thursday expressing interest in the car and very quickly got back to me and called me with detail of the car. Gil who is one of the owners personally text me with videos of the car and stayed in contract. I expressed interest in flying down the following Friday to pick up the car and drive it back to the Bay Area along with my fiancé. Through email and text we got the paper work all set and I booked my flight. Gil reached out the night before and morning of just checking in and we showed up when the doors opened at Fusion and greater with an amazing group of people. Prior to my arrival they completed a full inspection of the car and changed all of the fluids. Replaced the thermostat before my arrival as well as the tires NOT because they needed to be replaced but because they didn’t want me having any issues on my weekend drive back up north. Gil gave me a very personal tour of the show room and while they took the car on a 50 mile drive just to make sure it didn’t have any issues and one final inspection brought me over to their shop to meet Gil brother Yoel for a personal tour of their Elenor program, carbon shop along with future projects. I honestly could have spent the rest of the day with those guys talking cars and just seeing they very impressive work shop attention to detail. Yoel and Gil were so kind and so personable to us.

Hats off to the guys and team at Fusion Luxury Motors for running such an incredible buisness and not forgetting about the people buying the cars. If you were closer I would be there at least once a...

My car was listed for sale in another shop for about 6 months in hopes that it would sell fast. The car was priced agressively and was told it would sell fast. Even with a price reduction and mass advertising on all of the best sites, no luck?

I first met Steve Felman and Youel in June of 2016 and from the beginning, I knew that I was doing it all wrong. They made me feel comfortable from the word go. They were very transparent and knowledgable about the right buyer for my car. I was always welcome in their beautiful showroom of amazing cars and felt like I was hanging with freinds, not salesman. You really get the feeling that it's more than just business. Fast forward 3 weeks later, I get the call from Steve... I have a buyer for your car. A buyer that they sold to before and that he was for real, not just a tire kicker. The offer came in and it sold! Wow, amazing! They walk the walk with no BS, money in and wired the same day. Done deal with them.
