I came to this Taco Bell at 5:30 pm to use the restroom and have a my dinner break. After using the restroom I began to place my order on the Taco Bell app. A few minutes later a worker told me that they are closing the dining room as he began to lock the doors. He explained to me that they have been closing early due to the lack of dinning customers and that the cashier would be leaving soon. I asked if I could still place my order and eat inside. He said I could place my order and take it to go only. I explained to him how disappointed I was because I am an Uber driver and that this was the second Taco Bell I had been too just to find a place to relieve myself and eat dinner; that the first Taco Bell down the street was locked even though the dining room hours said until 9PM, and that as a result I had already sent 45 minutes of my work day just looking for a place to eat. He reiterated that I could get my meal to go and that was it. I said I couldn’t because I can’t eat in my car, but thanks. As soon as I walked out the doors I looked for the sign for the dining room hours. It’s stated 8AM to 6PM for the dinning room. Needless to say I was upset that I was cheated out of the 15 minutes that I could have sat and enjoyed a dinner before the dinning room actually closed. But, he had locked the doors already and I could not get back in. This is another Taco Bell that I have put on my “Do Not Go To” list so as not to waste...
Read moreThe guy at the window Lonnie T (name on my receipt) was very rude I’ll never understand when employees have attitudes with customers for no legitimate reason I ordered a #3 and the steak fries and the fries were cold (fries & meat topping) I gave them back he asked if I wanted a refund or it remade I told him to remake them like a minute later he comes back to the drive through window and says “ I don’t know what you want me to do because they just made them” I know fries come out of hot grease theirs no way those fries were fresh and the meat was ice cold no way that food wasn’t sitting up. I said just give me the refund he handed me $5 and walked off I literally live 3 minutes away from the restaurant the person I bought the #3 for said their food was also cold I will never visit...
Read moreThe cashier Paula E. was extremely rude as far as customer service goes. On the screen she had two crunch wrap supremes so I kindly told her there's only one crunch wrap combo that I wanted. She says "I know" instead of saying something like "yes I'm fixing that" or something of that nature. What really infuriated me was when I pulled up to the counter and the only time she looked at me or said anything to me was to say "$11.10". She handed my card back didn't look or say word, stuck an arm out the drive thru with my food and didn't even look my way at all. She didn't ask if I needed anything else, just stuck her arm out while she was turned around and closed the window. This was extremely poor customer service and I was really offended by this...
