I thought it would be a good idea to share this because people need to humble their self and I've been supporting this business for 2 years but that has come to a stop yesterday. I wish I can post a picture so you guys can see with your own eyes but make a long story short I visit HotBox yesterday January 13th and purchase some chili cheese Fritos. My Chili Cheese Fritos was dry barely any Chilli in there. So I got on my social media & says something about it! Never mentioned the company but I did tag them small so they can see. This was her response. (You are just wrong you can address that personally) Order extra chili and pay for it! And I am glad to over flow your bag of Fritos Lmao đ€Ł I shouldâve said that when I tried your dry bbq chicken but I am just a classier bread of women! Take care âđœ) That's how she addressed me in my inbox. Instead of saying hey sorry for the inconvenience and when you come back I'll take care of you. Because at the end of the day my meal was not prepared properly. She claims to be a Boss but that's far from how boss's act! I will have a business one day and I hope and pray that every meal I put out people would love and if I make a mistake I will Gladly fix it because that's what bosses do.    Read moreI have been a customer since they had the lil truck. I hadnât been in a while & my how this place have changed. I had a call in order, i stood in the FRONT of the pick up line, as the cashier helped other customers for about 5 mins as if i was invisible. The blonde haired latino chick (which i used to like & used to be nice) looks at me & keeps walking, by this time there is now 2 people in line behind me. She then goes to the side where she cant be seen & shouts âanybody here for pick upâ the guy behind me shouts he does (as if Iâm not standing in front of him or in line at all) at this point Iâm irritated cause why tf would u shout when clearly its a line, she obviously didnât want to help me. After all these years & the death of the original owner & founder this place has definitely CHANGEDâŠkinda sad how businesses loose appreciation for their customers.
