*Update *(Original post at the bottom ) I tried to speak with the manager extremely rude woman. Hung up in my face three times. lol before I could even raise my own voice in frustration. The level of unprofessional behavior she demonstrates is alarming Iāve also seen other reviews about her so now I know this isnāt a one off incident not sure how sheās still there obviously thereās some family ties in ownership other wise they would have gotten rid of this lady. This whole situation has been very frustrating and disappointing I had been coming to this location for so long never had an issue besides maybe an item being forgotten or a long wait. Iāve always given grace but to be treated like this after getting sick and STILL giving them the benefit of doubt until and I mean UNTIL I spoke to there so called manager.
Got sick was in the emergency room, throwing up all night last thing I had to eat, and the only thing I had to eat was jack in the box ironically, I was fasting the prior two days leading up to getting food poisoning. honestly, I go to this Jack-in-the-Box often so I wouldāve never thought that would happen attempted to contact the manager over the course of the next week to no avail. Finally, the final one week my husband has an opportunity to speak to her and she said she needs to review the cameras to see what happened and sheāll let him know if heāll get his money back. Yāall tell me what that sounds like. what are you reviewing the cameras for in regards to someone getting food poisoning? Iām kinda at the point where Iām done eating fast food. Horrible location horrible customer service donāt come here unless you want to get sick and never get a call...

This is an out rage and is completely frustrating . Jack-in-the-Box corporate office needs to send a Los Angeles wide email to each Jack-in-the-Box with my family's name in the subject title when we come in order we want what we come for. No exceptions no unfortunate situations ! Mary (cashier) rude this morning. She rang up the two breakfast platters and added the no meat sub hash brown. She asked for my receipt twice and still can't give our orders right. The first time she thought I was lying about a missing soda that I didn't get . The 2nd time I came back with my sister since jack in box forgot to give my 6 year old nephew with AUTISM kid's meal . Alejandra still had the audacity to ask for the receipt the 2nd time and she wasn't trying to give us the kids meal. To be fair yes we were frustrated already but due to the fact they kept taking forever with our items and yet we were not the only ones who were frustrated. I just don't understand how Alejandra wasn't trying to give us a kid's meal for my nephew when we already paid for it. She even checked the receipt beforehand.
