Teriyaki Bowl & Burger — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Ate there before and food is good but bad service! I guess because they’re understaffed. They hardly ever pick up the phone when you try to order over the phone. Today my company was having a zoom meeting and they were paying for our lunch so I had them order from Teriyaki and Burger and bowl. When I got there it was supposed to be for curbside pick up but I was calling and calling for at least seven minutes and no one picked up. So I stepped outside the car and stood by the door and called again and heard my phone ringing and their caller ID was calling my name but they still did not pick up. They had a few customers there but still they have to know how to operate during busy time. Like the after a person orders tell the next person to wait so they can answer the phone. It’s like they were in panic mode just because they were busy. I yelled through the door and asked if my order was ready and they said they don’t have it so I called my company and the person who was ordering the food assured me it was ordered and even had the girls name who took the order. Also, checked the bank and it was showing there.

People were not really even social distancing inside and outside which made it more uncomfortable for me since I always do curbside. Needless to say I did not get my lunch and I had to eat elsewhere. I’ll have my work call them back when it’s not so busy and tell them to refund the money to the business Card.

Guess they have plenty of customers so they will not miss my and my friends business that frequented this place because when myself or my friends have a bad experience and boycott a business we all do together and...

I LOVE this tiny little place! It's kind of like a tiny hole in the wall, you wouldn't expect much from it, but let me tell you, the Chicken Teriyaki is AMAZING! It's a real, boneless, skinless Full chicken breast ( I always request the All White Meat Chicken Only/ No Dark meat) and it's a full chicken breast like you would buy from the grocery store and cook at home, buy it's even better, because they actuator FLAME GRILL IT, it is so delicious and moist and juicy and they slice it into thin little bite sized strips for you, and then they lather on the delicious Teriyaki Sauce! I get it plain, meaning just the white rice, with the chicken breast sliced on top with the Teriyaki sauce all over it, but it normally comes with sesame seeds, and green onions on top of the chicken breast. The chicken is far better quality meat than than they serve at even much more expensive restaurants! And this place is SO INEXPENSIVE, THE PRICE POINT IS SO GREAT, CONDUCTING THE QUALITY OF THE CHICKEN BREAST, AND THE LARGE PORTIONS THEY GIVE YOU, YOU CAN'T BEAT IT FOR THE PRICE, AND THE TASTE IS EVEN BETTER THAN IF YOU PAID 3 OR 4 TIMES AS MUCH AT A DIFFERENT HIGHER END RESTAURANT! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CHICKEN TERIYAKI, I PROMISE! ** I ALWAYS REQUEST EXTRA SIDES OF THE TERIYAKI SAUCE, CUZ IT SEEMS LIKE THERE'S NEVER ENOUGH ON IT WHEN I GET IT, SO YOU MIGHT WANT TO GENEVE TO ASK FOR A FEW CONTAINERS IF TERIYAKI SAUCE ON...

It's dinner time and i am craving for a teriyaki bowl.. i looked up on google where is the best spot.. unfortunately nothing in Northridge area that is good and doesn't break the bank.. i came across this spot and i had a 2nd thought of going because its a bit of a drive from northridge. IM SO GLAD I DID.. the area to where it's located is not the the greatest but you know that those are the good spot..I came in and there is a few people dining in.. i thought it was closed because the light outside is turned off but they're open (Thank God!) so i came in and i was greeted by their very friendly and accommodating cashier named "Anthony" he was so cool and made my visit very pleasant. I ordered Teriyaki Beef Bowl and asked for an extra green onions and Anthony hooked me up! It was a great visit and took my food to go.. the smell of the food inside my car made me more hungry..

When i got home i was so excited to eat and everyone in the house smelled the food that i brought. It was sooooo good and i will definitely come back for more. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

P.S. Bring cash if you want to save a few cents.. they charge extra for any...
