I have been a regular at this location for the he past few months now. Since moving to the area I have been here almost daily as I have a bit of a frosty addiction. Having worked in customer service myself I realize that sometimes my expectations can be a bit too high, but sadly, this is not merely a failure of the bar being placed up more than it should be but of poor managerial skills and of someone being in a position that is far above their skillset. The manager/s at this location, 1. Not only do they refrain from smiling, but rather, have an annoyed look about them that seems to sour more as their shift wears on 2. Lack a professional/tactful/basic ability to deliver basic customer service I might even venture that, it is as if it is bothersome to have to interact with the public at all. 3. If a mistake is made, the manager on duty this morning in particular, goes on the offensive making one feel small and unwelcome yelling making a scene and carrying on in an all together unprofessional manner. I'm sad to say, that although I enjoy the cashier's and the food at this establishment that after witnessing, more times than I can count mind you, the manager behaving this way with a variety of guests on over 75% of my visits, and now being subject to for the third time , the managers temper and disrespectful nature, I can no longer visit...

I got my order within 10 minutes. The food was hot. The sauce and napkins are self service. In Jack in the Box, you get 1 or 2 pieces of napkins and you have to ask for it.
You don’t need a code to use the toilet :). It is clean with hand soap.
The dining room is spacious although I have to admit the wooden chairs are hard on my butt . It would be nice to be cushioned seats.
all in all , I had a good experience. Good job to everyone who works there, plus the...
Read moreWendy's has mastered the art of unflavored food. I've never had soylent green but I can only imagine it was developed in a secret laboratory at Wendy's , taking ever ounce of flavor out of their food. I would be ashamed of myself with hamburger habit just down the street. I can see a CGI image of the Late Charlton Heston holding a baconator and yelling at the top of his lungs its soylent. In any case for those who still have functioning taste buds and the cognitive ability to discern what food actually tastes like. Go up the street or across the...
