My wife and I have been living here almost 2 years. Ramona the manager is horrible. We've been dealing with problems here that nobody should have to put up with and when we asked for footage from the 24 hour surveillance cameras she supposedly has (24 hour surveillance on property the signs, multiple signs state in and out front of the building) she told us no. She made it clear that she was running a "tight knit community" and that "nobody here" was capable of the stalking, theft and breaking and entering that we are currently enduring in our apt. She told me to buy "Ring". The surveillance was the reason why we moved in the first place!She never gives notice when work is being done, even when it's directly above our heads! She refuses to put us on the lease when we are eligible for this to be done! The person who got us the apt lied about who would be living here, and she knows that. My husband and I were so excited to move here. That feeling of excitement abruptly disapated shortly thereafter. The manager Ramona is rude, and constantly baffles us with odd behaviors and fishy excuses when we ask her anything. If you aren't Hispanic then I highly suggest you find another place to live. I don't condone treating people differently for no rhyme or reason, unless given one firstly. Anyway, there's too much to try and put it all down here. I just recently moved in and so far the janitor has been sneaking into my apartment when I leave to go out(I have a security camera). He also appears to climb up on the roof and sit by our window listening for hours, ugh what a creep! One night when I was sleeping he even came in and stole my phone but still denys it even tho I have a gps app on my other phone.
