Honshu Sushi — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I mean it may be hard for me to convince you that out of all the amazing sushi restaurants in Southern California, or even just in the Los Angeles area alone, that Honshu 🍣 beats them all out of the water, but I'm gonna try. My first point is that when this place first started out, it was a very tiny sushi bar with only a few tables. Over the years it has tripled in size on account of the restaurant's popularity.

The sushi here is the freshest and most tastiest sushi I have ever ever ever ever eaten EVER! THE albacore sashimi has to be my favorite sashimi hands down. It is so fresh, and oh so flavorful. The rolls are especially delicious. My favorites have to be the Res Bull Roll, The cucumber wrapped Sexy-Q roll, the pineapple wrapped Love Roll, the Hot Night Roll, and my ultimate favorite, The Heart Attack Roll! But no matter what you eat here, you'll absolutely love it!

Billy Jack, the owner is the nicest and most hardworking sushi chef around. He is funny, and I swear to you, I've seen this man blow fire to drop sake bombs into beer glasses! It's a feat you may never be lucky to see, but you never know! It was a friend's birthday, so maybe because of the special occasion!

Anyways, you may never have any reason to go to Chatsworth, unless you're working in the porn industry, or your parents live there like mine do, but if you are near the valley, this is the only reason you NEED to go to Chastworth! Get to Honshu...

I went in for the first time! And this is the last time! I received a reservation from the menu and when I received the invitation I saw that it was not what I ordered I called the waitress I tried to confuse her that he told me something else completely She said that because I ordered this mistake And she does not change my invitation, her full right not to replace me but why rudely not nice at all !! .. I tried to talk to her and she treated me like I'm an idiot! I asked her to call to her manager. She replied that they did not have a manager in the restaurant and I did not own the restaurant. I asked for an account and went and none of the employees did not care. They were just rejected! I do not recommend you if the restaurant does not respect its customers for what the customers will ca to !! And that's what happens when there is no manager in the workers' business doing what they want !! My parents had recommended to me that I come try this sushi spot. My father-in-law is a very picky eater & I had called ahead to make sure they had his favorite: quail egg oyster shooters. They confirmed & so we did walk-in as a family of 6 for his birthday celebration. We were accommodated right away. We were all happy with our order of the Love Boat which was filling for all of us. He was thrilled with his Philadelphia hand rolls & the quail egg oyster shooters (he said it was the right proportions). They also brought out a complimentary deep fried matcha green tea ice cream & changed the channel to the basketball game for him so he felt very indulged. Thank you to Bryan & our server (I didn’t get her name but she was blonde) for making our dinner so special.
