I only write reviews if the service is extraordinary or extraordinarily bad. And based on the one star you see where this is going. First of all ordered online and still had to wait 20 minutes, when I got there everyone was complaining about the wait. I didn’t check if the order was correct because I placed online and incorrect orders or typically drive thru/fastfood issues. So I gave them the benefit of doubt and assumed it was correct being I paid 30 dollars for my food. When I got home there were the correct amount of items but they were incorrect. What I thought would be a simple fix by heading there to get correct order. Keep in mind I drove 10 minutes home then 10 minutes back to get it corrected. When I arrived the gentleman serving as cashier implied that the order was not incorrect. I then said I have the receipt and the food in the car. (I didn’t bring food In trying to be courteous to the business and not cause a scene.) The gentlemen said “wasn’t nothing missing but what you want”. I’m like wow!! So I’m then like “you know what I would actually just prefer a refund” He said “I don’t do refunds!” Again in my head I’m like WOW! So I told him what was incorrect and he said he would replace. I asked him politely as I’ve been throughout our entire interaction, “about how long sir” he says “when it’s done”. By then I’m livid but keeping my composure like a grown man. Even after he gestured with his hands for me to shoo. At that point I call my wife to tell her about the interaction and she’s like “We are not eating that food.” And I felt the same way like wow after all that I don’t even trust the food coming out the back. I ask to speak to management and was told by another worker it would be a moment. While waiting the gentleman had the order and I told him I had already just asked to speak to management because after our interaction I didn’t even want to patronize with them anymore. He then gets ready to process my refund. Like wow you told me earlier you didn’t do refunds! I did eventually get my refund from the delivery service used to place order online but was still absolutely mortified by my experience with this establishment. I highly highly doubt, wait I can state for a 100% fact I will never patronize with them again and will try to persuade anyone headed there way to bust a U-Turn. I truly hope the real management of this place sees the reviews like this because I noticed countless other unfortunate similar experiences.Message to the workers If you don’t like SERVING people, GET OUT OF THE SERVICE...
Read moreAight so this is my first review of a restaurant ever cuz my experience here was just the worse. I came here with my girl and ordered two 10 pc combos. After waiting for 20 min my girl went inside and they said it'll take another 15, then when I came inside they were saying that they gave our food away. One of the workers who wasn't even scheduled that day came out talking very slurred and unprofessional telling us that we had to wait for other people's orders before ours got remade. So I'm already a lil mad at the service but it was whatever. Then that same worker came back out and was honestly looking very intoxicated as she was explaining how if she was working today then our order wouldn't have been messed up. She was talking to my girl so I was on my phone behind them, she came up way too close to me and my girl and told me "don't be mad." "What you want, more wings?" And I'm like naw I wanted my food to come out quicker and for the workers to actually act like they care about what's going on. So eventually we get called, and the other older lady at the counter, who I noted with my girl last time we ate here, was acting intoxicated as well, was packing our food mad sloppily and just was throwing the ranches in there like they couldn't spill out. Apologizing unprofessionally about the wait. We heading out and the original lady was again talking trash on the team that if we want good service, to come back on the specific days she was working. Bro it was just bad lmao, but the wings are great tho right, so I guess that's all that matters? I've been here a couple times and it just seems like one of those places that don't take themselves seriously but has good food so nobody really trips. We got home and the order wasn't right, fries were cold and my girl's wings were the wrong flavor. Idk man, wings were dry and cold. Flavors were nice I guess if you look past the cold, dry, wrong flavors, bad service, long wait, sloppy workers. But to me yesterday just felt like a waste of money and time. Read moreIm sure the food is good here but the rudeness is unacceptable. I was working DoorDash and when i arrived the fellow behind the counter said it would be another 10 or 15 minutes. I said thats kinda a long time but okay ill wait, and texted The customer to let him know that the restaurant said it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. I sent the gazebo in the parking lot and proceeded to do three Duolingo lessons in the meantime I hear two women coming out of the restaurant complaining to each other that they had respectively placed an order weeks ago and hours ago and it was still not ready. I thought to myself oh boy this place is trouble. 22 minutes go by and i go inside to check. The woman behind the counter said that it’s being worked on right now so I ask how much longer because I’ve been waiting almost half an hour now. She respond saying no you haven’t you’ve been waiting 10 minutes, So I told that I texted the customer when I first arrived how much longer it would be and that was it almost half an hour ago. She proceeds to go in the back and mock me to her coworkers.
