Wong's Wok Chinese Food — Restaurant in Los Angeles

not sure why others complain? workers there are just being themselves; it is not like cafe or restaurant, it is a simple small take out place; but lets talk what is the most important...soup...we are big lovers of "Wong's soup" so over years we have tried numerous places in the valley from small take out in Reseda to big restaurants on Ventura Blvd and only this small simple place has the best "Wong's soup" ever; veggies are firm; meat is tender and no fat there; dumplings are fresh made and have ton of meat inside as well; then they separate juice from all other ingredients into put them into a bowl; .......TRY IT plz - you'll be in love!........... as for other food, cannot tell - dont remember, it is been a while since we had something else but soup from them, the soup is just too good so we stick to it... ''''''''''again i dont care if they dont speak any language or have the worst attitude or whatever as long as they keep up with that perfect soup i am a client for...

The food is great. The prices are great, but the most important thing is customer service and they lack on that. The 2 ladies at the front are so rude, they talk amongst each other in their native language and it seems although they're talking and laughing rudely about the customer. They rounder faced one has a look that can kill. I'm a regular now I moved from Northern California (quieter small town) and I come here often but it seems like everytime I go they always have this rather evil look on their face. They don't greet the customer as you walk in and if they forget to give you your sweet and sour for the egg roll you just ordered they roll their eyes. It's a bummer because everything else is great but the most important thing...

A friend introduced me to this place and glad they did. The food is delicious!. Been coming here for 4 years when I get the chance. When I do it's usually early in the afternoon and it's not crowded. Glad that the Chinese food has flavor, alot of the time I find other places to be greasy and tasteless. My favorite is the orange chicken and "teriyaki" chicken (there's no sauce...maybe I have to ask for it...hmm?) But it's nice and crispy. Today tried the pepper n lemon fish and it was good. Not sure what to say about the customer service , they have always been pleasant. But I'm one of those who doesn't care if I'm greeted or not or if the server is smiley.
