UPDATE My first review was from my 1st time here, on 04/18/2021. We came here again for mother's day and today for dinner. For mother's day was very quiet and today, even more. And each and every time their customer service is more disappointing. For mother's day, I didn't want to say much because my husband and kids decided to bring me here and I didn't want to ruin the day for all of us, but they noticed that it took them about 25 minutes to bring our meats. They served others that came after us, they forgot about us despite we respectfully asked them several times where was our food. My husband said just to make me feel better. And today, we decided to give it another chance. We got there early, at around 5pm, it was just us, and 3 other families that were already eating. And again...this time we invited a friend with us so it was a party of 5. They brought the sides very fast but again, over 25 minutes waiting for the meats. Time went by fast because we were having a good conversation but my kids were getting desperate, they were very hungry and that's when I realized that 25 minutes had passed. I asked the waiter and he said that they were preparing the meats, took them 5 more minutes. I had to ask 3 times for the rice and for the steamed egg and pancakes and when they brought them, they brought only one egg and one pancake for the 5 of us. I had to ask again, TWICE, for more eggs and pancakes and they brought again, only one of each. I'm including AYCE prices as of today, April 18th, 2021. I went with my husband and 2 kids. We've been to other 2 ayce korean bbq restaurants but this is the best so far. We didn't have to wait at all, as long as we got seated, the waiter asked what kind of meats we wanted. We can choose up to 4 meats at a time. By the way, we chose the one of $29.99 per person, the variety is wider. We order beef brisket, bulgogi, prime ribs and pork belly. They brought the meats very fast and the sides as well. The portions of meat are huge! Specifically the bulgogi was A LOT! The sides were all delicious, the variety of the sides was smaller than the other 2 Korean bbq restaurants we've been at but the quality of the meats here is top notch! Right after we order our second round of meats, we realized that we were almost full 😥 too late IMO but anyway, we managed to eat it and still enjoy it. They have potato pancakes as a side dish and they're good. The only thing that I didn't like much is the fact that I asked the servers to bring me more of one of the sauces (the one in the middle of the read thing) because it was sooo good but none of the 3 I asked for brought it. I don't know if they were very busy but I didn't get my extra sauce. Still 5 stars deserving. Also, the kimchy from the other 2 places feels a bit bitter so I don't eat much of it but this kimchy tastes different and it's very good too. My son loved the noodles, and we all loved the marinated cucumbers. I will definitely recommend this place and for sure we're coming back soon. There's plenty of parking as well. Just don't try calling their phone number, at least today, their phone sounded...
Read moreWanted to select menu 1 & add small plates along with it. Menu 1 was priced $24.99 & adding few other small plates would make it close to $60 for 2 people. I wanted to pick beef tongue ($3.99), kobe beef ($9.99) & rib finger ($4.99). But when I told our server about menu 1 & other small plates, she grabbed another printed out menu on a paper which had totally different price like beef tongue ($8.99), kobe beef ($22.99) & rib finger ($12.99). If they’re handing out menu books with one price, then they should honor it or they should hand out the other printed out menu at the first place. It was technically forcing us to pick menu 3 or higher options.
We selected menu 3 ($37.99) & ordered some meats. She told me they don’t have chicken heart, gizzard. But she didn’t offer any discount or upgrade. I wouldn’t neat pick like this if the starting wasn’t that bad.
Bill was brought to me with 15% added already. I always put down cash for tips & I pay more than 15% most of the time. But adding 15% without my consent or agreement is illegal. I checked the whole menu & it’s not mentioned anywhere. It has been a growing practice in some restaurants to force people to pay hefty tips without the customers’ prior knowledge or displaying it anywhere.
I’ve been coming here for more than 4-5 years & my experiences had been great. But today these things bothered me a lot & they’ve lost a...

They charge you 32$ for the dinner menu when two of the items listed (chicken gizzard and hearts) are no longer available. They have not bothered to update the menu and still charge you the full price.
Their brisket quality is good first plate and then they give you bottom meat after. The nangmyun tastes off.
Lastly, my partner and I ALWAYS check hours online and even call ahead of time to see if they are open or if they may close early depending on business. The last time we decided to dine there for dinner we called at 7:30 pm and I checked when they closed at they said 10:30pm. Even keeping mind they didn't have their full menu we still went because we have been regulars for some time. We arrived at the restaurant around 8:00pm, they took last call shy of 8:40pm.
While trying to chow down our rushed portions and not trying to get sick one of the bussers started mopping with pinesol right next to us so you can imagine how annoying it was at this point.
They also have ear bleeding annoying edm music. It's the same playlist on repeat for hours.
They have 2 Korean servers. One is a man who is always caught smoking but returns to work and never washes his hands.
Save your time and money and safety. Go...
