First of all, I usually comment when the food is good. I wanted to start off with the staff is really friendly. Now for the complaint: I have been going to different yoshinoya for at least 20+ years. I was excited when the XL option existed, now I don't have to pay for extra protein that I typically do. The picture was my XL combo bowl from that place and it is more of a representation of a large bowl. They were stingy with the portions. On top of that, they forgot to put my veggies. The quality of food is okay. I also added the receipt so that the manager knows which staff work that day. I wouldn't have had to write this except I saw the two people before me get their orders wrong also. Hopefully, the staff would be better trained for the next customers. Sadly, I will overshoot this site and go to the next yoshinoya.

I wonder for the company owner .. it should be Japanese.. but when you walk in to the restaurant.. it looks like not even close to Japan.. we all know Japanese people and culture.. how they very clean and dedicated to what they do !!! Looking to any Yoshi noya restaurant kitchens.. looks not really organized or clean ...as what we respect from Japan people.. even the fish plate very plain test .. it need to be marinated!!! I comparing panda 🐼 restaurant.. and it from China a lot of different.. the set-up the kitchen looks way better .. even I did put some complain before .. and I got no response from the manger!! One more thing how come they still used black contener for the food .??

After placing my online order, I was disappointed to find that the store was closed for a break until 10:30 pm. Upon the manager's and staff's return, I was told that my order had been received but not processed as they were taking their break together. To make matters worse, my phone calls have gone unanswered. As a result, I am becoming increasingly disillusioned with this store. If they have decided to close, I would appreciate it if they could cancel my order, enabling me to explore other shopping options.

I'm an Uber Eats driver & when I arrived to YOSHINOYA BEEF BOWL ON SEPULVEDA & ROSCOE to pick up an order I noticed a customer in line ordering with out a mask but he was speaking with his shirt pulled up over his mouth, I immediately brought this to the attention of who appeared to be one of the managers who quickly dismissed my concern by telling me not to worry about it, that he was going to address it with the customer. I replied that I was worried about it and he should be as well. That the customer should either be presentd with a mask if one was availble or asked to leave and comw back with the proper mouth covering. The manager was traculent in all his responses and clearly (to me) didnt handle this situation with any urgency or care. I am reporting him and this establisment to lacounty departmen of health and their environmental health dept. I can only hope they are either warned or sited because these types of incidences are callous & dangerous to the public's health & safety! With the omicron variant gaining momenum here in CA you'd expect food service establishments like YOSHINOYA to take our safety...

Ive gone to this location for as long as i can remember growing up and i happened to come here on May 16th,2023 at around 11:50 pm.All I asked was if I could use the restroom.I had just gotten discharged out of the hospital and was waiting for the bus because it wasn't going to pass for another half hour,I am currently 5 months pregnant and I explained to the male cashier that I am pregnant and that at all i needed was to use the restroom and he continued to be rude and sarcastically asked again if I was going to order something and I explained again that I just really needed to use the restroom and he said it was for customers only with a despicable attitude.I will probably not be coming to this location anymore at least not at night with...
