Okay let me start off with they take FOREVER to answer the phone, you have to call a couple times to even get service for delivery/to-go. I had to call 2/3 times to get an answer and I was on the phone for like 4 min before I got an answer. I leave my delivery order and they say 30-40 min. Next thing you know it's been an hour and 20 min. I call them back they have the wrong address on file so I give them the correct one and the same thing happened again ok wondering why their taking forever I call and didn't get my address correct again! I ask them to just cancel my order and they say they will give it to me for free by delivery, next thing you know they take forever AGAIN and SAME THING happens!!!! I call back and they say they don't have anyone for delivery and I get mad and all of a sudden they do have someone and they said he will be here in 5 min they told me that at 8:32 pm and now it's 9:01 pm. I'm just so over going back & forth with them I'm just very upset with their service. Don't know why they even made one in Los Banos, I didn't even want to go to them to begin with but my boyfriend likes them. After all, I never got the pizza just refunded lol I'm just amazed at how bad a pizza place can mess up. I guess the guy was going to deliever it but clocked out and went home Instead. Anyways I will NEVER be going to this one again, I will definitely let my friends & family know. All I can say is very poor customer service. Never would write a review this long but this was needed, never have I ever had this issue with any food place....
Read moreI wouldn't give any stars if possible. called and had a hard time getting through. finally did get through and took forever to order. I kept getting a hold on please mid sentence ordering. Got told a total and 20 min then was hung up on. get down to pick up. waited a good 10 more minutes. got my order gave the gentleman my card and it sat on the counter while messed around on the computer. told me a different price ($1 lower than on the phone) but I added a drink and dipping sauce. totaled that and only came up to $2 over what was on the phone so something wasn't charged right. I wanted a detailed receipt. never swiped it, asked for an id, never asked for my pin or signature just gave it back to me and walked away. he looked back and rudely asked what I still needed. I said I would just like my receipt. he messed around on the computer again and said he couldn't print it out and to just check my account. I said no id like my receipt please. he said I cant give you one just check your account. I did and there was no charge. the worker next to him asked what the problem was and I explained. he already voided the transaction so they had to ring it in again. still wouldn't work to print a receipt cause the totals were again off when the order was sitting right in front of them getting cold. I finally said forget it and left it on the counter. very rude not helpful at all just that I can just keep checking my account. well its 2 hrs later and still no charge. (went and got taco bell instead) I will not be going back to...
Read moreI am beyond annoyed with Stephanie and the boys who were working tonight. Ulysses and the cook who they wouldn't give a name for. We ordered boneless wings and they called and said they were out and offered to make bone in instead. That's fine, they're for my 1 year old, we can pick the meat off the bone. I asked for them with no sauce because again 1 year old. However, when my husband went to pick the wings up, they had been made with Mango Habanero sauce. Ulysses mentioned that Staphanie knew we wanted no sauce but made them with it anyways. Why with the hottest sauce? When my husband first got to the store the cook was eating something while in the work area. They tried to charge us twice for the wings. Then when my husband asked if we could have the mess up wings since we had to wait an extra 10 minutes for fresh ones to be made. They said THEY ALREADY ATE THE HABANERO ONES. I'm not mad that you didn't give us the messed up wings, I'm mad that you didn't start the new wings until my husband got there and he only saw someone eating right when he walked in which means you knew you messed up the wings and had the nerve to be rude when we asked for them to be remade. And Stephanie was rude from the moment she interacted with my husband and treated him very hostile when he asked for the employees names to be able to complain about their service.
