Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Los Banos

I pick up food for delivery for doordash and it's almost always a 30 minute wait while my customers are expecting their pizza at a certain time and it never fails this place is always late.I get a text saying the order is ready which they must send out so they can make it look like they are on time.The staff is very unorganized and never even know my order I have to show them numerous times.They have absolutely no customer service skills to say the least They will forget about your order over and over then respond rudely when you ask for the pizza I noticed pizzas sitting out in the middle of the kitchen today uncookedthen when I went back about 2 hours later they were still there at room temperature That is very gross considering food needs to be kept at a certain temperature and grows bacteria on it after sitting more than 15 minutes at the room temperature. I wish this place had some kind of organizational skills and sense of urgency. I wouldn't eat this pizza ever! I don't feel that people should be promised hot and ready when the wait is always 30...

This Little Caesars is usually awesome, and I've never had a problem. Their pizza is always good, so I can't complain about that. But today, their app was down, so I called to order. Some lady with a heavy accent answered after a long wait and asked for the last four digits of my number, my first and last name. Then she asked what I wanted to order. When I was done, she said I should order online. I told her the app wasn't working, and she confirmed it was down. Then she told me to come into the store to order. So I asked, "Can't I order over the phone?" And she stupidly said "yes." I asked again, "So, yes, I can order over the phone, or no, I can't?" And she said I couldn't. I don't know if she works there, but she was super rude, and I don't get why she asked for my info if she wasn't going to take my order. It was so annoying. They need to fix the app so we don't have to deal with customer service...

I can’t believe this place can stay open. Absolutely ridiculous!! Ordered pizza online for pickup at 3:00. I arrived at 2:50 and found a line out the door. I figured no problem, should be expected on a busy football day. Only problem was the employees inside were completely clueless on how to get things moving and didn’t appear to have any management directing them. 3 1/2 employees making pizza and only 1/2 a person taking and handing out orders. I say 1/2 person because he was working in the back making pizzas also. I had 7 people in front of me when I arrived and I finally walked out 46 mins later.

Foolish me, I should’ve checked what the employee handed me. I get home and open the pizzas and they gave me a wrong pizza. Stay away from this place. Dominoes can’t possibly...
