Food is often lukewarm and 80% of the time they don't give you everything you order. Went to the drive-thru about 20 minutes before closing and noticed something was missing from our order. We went back to the window and they shut off all the lights as if they were closing. It was 10 minutes before closing time! After sitting there for a few minutes we honked the horn and we were ignored. We knocked on the window and we were ignored. We called the store multiple times and finally somebody answered. It was like pulling teeth to get the manager to come to the window and speak to us. We explained to her that we live out of town and so we were trying to find a solution before we left. She was rude. Told us that they ran out of certain items and that's why we didn't receive them in the bag. We asked for an alternative item and she said that everything was shut down. We finally just asked for our money back for that item and she reluctantly gave it to us... Save yourself some trouble and...
Read moreWife called them at 12:05 and they said they close in 10 minutes which is weird cuz no store or restaurant closes at 12 15 special because they said they're open until 2 in the morning I went down there real quick see if I can order the food that we were going to get it and they said that they were closed already and I was like you said you guys are open till 2 and then she said we're closed early today and they always close early they never been open during any of the times that they're little signs or online said they're open they're always closing early....they do it everyday...and all this and their attitude they have when u call and ask what time they are open till or when u tell them that their sign and online says they dont close for at least another hour or two...wasting customers time by lying about when...

I went through the drive through and they said they couldn’t take Apple Pay but I’ve paid with my phone over drive through before. Had employee walk my phone to the register that had Apple Pay so I wouldn’t have to get off, like hello that’s the whole point of the drive thru to not get off. I ended up paying with cash I asked the employee Christian if I can give him a dollar so he would be able to give me a $5 dollar bill clearly seeing he had not yet closed his register and he stated he charge me already like I didn’t see his register was still open as I told him I can clearly see his register open he closed it and gave me my change. Please train these employees they are getting paid to SERVE customers...
