Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Los Banos

Terrible experience here. I always order at the other location but since this one is now closer to home l decided to give it a try. Called order in for delivery and was told we would get pizza in 40 min. After an extended wait time of an hour we get the pizza but it's the wrong pizza. We call them to let them know we were given the wrong pizza, they say they will deliver the right pizza in an hour and to go ahead and eat that pizza because of the mistake and longer wait time. After waiting 2 hours I called to ask where our pizza was because my kids were hungry and still waiting. They looked into it and told me I have to wait another 40 min to get it delivered. Which is clearly a sign that they never even started to try and fix their mistake and this was 2 hours later. So I ask her if I will get it guaranteed in the next 40 min because of if not I can just cancel at this point and get it from somewhere else. She tells me we will try to get it to you in 40 or less but no more than an hour. Oh yeah and let's not forget she also states that they will need the other pizza back from me upon delivery. I told her no I'm sorry but my kids were starving and got into it while waiting and that the first lady I talked to gave us the go ahead on eating it. We were down at our duck club for a work party and someone said we should grab pizza. So mountain Mike's was our destination. Order was called in we arrived exactly on time and the pizza was ready exactly as promised. The parlor was clean thebstaff was friendly. We paid and picked up our pizzas effortlessly and took the back to the club. The pizza was well prepared and the quality was fantastic. It cost 88 dollars to feed 7 guys.
