Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Los Fresnos

Don’t waste your time eating here or picking food up from this location. All of the workers inside just stand around doing nothing which is probably why it took almost 20 minutes to get my order just to get home (20 minutes away) to realize they gave me the entirely wrong order(my fault for not checking the bag before leaving). Poor girl at the register didn’t even know what to do and the manager didn’t offer any help at all. He didn’t even bother turning around to come assist her or rectify the situation. Then she proceeds to ask me to pay the difference and I declined as they’ve already gotten my order wrong, took almost 20 minutes to receive said order and I was the only person in the drive thru and the restaurant was NOT busy inside either, and had to drive back to this location which was ANOTHER 20 minutes back. NO THANK YOU also forgot to mention how disgusting the burger they gave me...

Stopped for a blizzard and a cone. I had previously reviewed this establishment giving it 5 stars. This visit was a nightmare. They have no napkins on the tables and I guess you have to ask for them to get one. My wife asked for a glass of water and the snotty girl at the counter said 25 cents. I asked to speak to the owner or manager and this prima Donna told the snotty one to read it off my receipt. NEVER AGAIN will I ever set foot in this dump. Makes me want to avoid Dairy Queens in general as I might expect the same mistreatment elsewhere. I'm not one who usually writes poison pen reviews, if I can't say nice things I say nothing but this still has me steamed. Perhaps they will chase away all their business and a new owner or manager with a fresh perspective will make things how a reputed national chain should be...

This DQ used to be one of the best in the valley but over the last few years its really taken a down turn. The managers are hardly ever there. There are kids who just don't care to greet you or take care of the customer at all. A few months back I was served moldy tomato in my burger and the little kid working the counter just looked at me like I was in the wrong for bringing it up to him. Didn't offer to make it right or nothing. This location doesnt even flip the blizzards any more. This location has easily turned into one of the worst in the valley.
